This pizzahut in poughkeepsie is disgusting and should be closed down. I dont understand how it stays open.the inside needs a lot of fixing and everything is worrn down. The service is terrible!! I went recently and my waiter walked out on me with out letting me know and never brought me my takeout box. When I went to pay and complained. I assume the old man talking to me is the owner gave me attitude and blamed it on another server. That is still no excuse and defending what the other waiter did was ridiculous. I complained about the service again and the man responds "well this pizza hut and we dont do that kinda service" thats ridiculous because I am a paying customer. I went to a pizza hut in Puerto rico and was treated as if I were in any other restaurant. That is a shame. I got better service in a different country!! With all this said I will never go to that pizzahut again and I recommended people to stay far away.!!

Ordered 3 pizzas online which worked very well. When I went to pick up my food they only made 2 of the 3 pizzas. I paid for the two and left. Once to my car I checked the pizzas only to have both of them burnt. I brought them back for a refund in which I was told they were not allowed to give refunds only store credit. After speaking to the store manager or owner on the phone they issued me a refund. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dining establishment and highly discourage anyone from going to this Pizza Hut. This was the first time I ordered pizza from this store and it should be shut down. It is digustingly dirty, management is terrible, and the pizza was burnt. If I could give zero stars if I could.

This location is disgusting! Horrible service!!! Dirty, sticky tables, dirty forks and knives covered with spots and dried up sauce, insanely filthy restroom, old brown salad at the salad bar that is frozen to the bowl. The management should be fired immediately! Only good things I can say is the deep dish pizza will always be delicious and one employee that works at this location is great and deserves a lot more because hes running back and forth doing everything while the old nasty manager is standing in the back cursing and yelling.

Well..... First of all , waitress was to bussy doing nothing !! Two tables in the restaurant and waited 5 minutes for menu , and then the wait for the food , OMG if you guys want to eat fresh pizza and timely , dont come here management seems to be retarded and all you hear in the background is laughing , wile we waited over one hour for our two.medium pizzas to be served , we ordered wings and only one blue cheese container for 4 people ? Come on what kind of cheap skates manage this joint .

well when you hired someone new they dont even know the menu and they shouldnt work. i was in their before buying pizza and this new person didnt know how the menu is and id called in and placing two pizzas and i had crappy one then i called back tell the manger that my order not pan size

This location is a Horrible place to eat.management is horrible 2 guys making pizza are extremely rude gave our pizza away 2 times before we got to eat. And you can hear them talking about other employees from the back. Very unprofessional and a disgrace

Ive gotten my order messed up many times, I only give the two starts to the hostess who doesnt give me trouble when my order is messed up. And when its done right, it tastes good. Never eaten inside-carry out only.
