So I ordered online (A pie and a Pzolo), at about 6:15. The email said it would be ready around 6:39. I walk in at 6:45, tell her my name, and I am told "they were just about to call me, they do not make pzolos anymore." I asked why they were going to call me 5 minutes after it was going to be ready...she said the computer doesnt calculate how busy they are. (understandable) She offered me something else, and I asked if my pie was ready, she said she thought so. I asked how long for wings...15 to 20 minutes. I said no, Ill just take my pie while its hot. She goes to get my pie, and my phone rings. I answer, it the guy at the far PC telling me no pzolos...I said thanks, but the girl at the counter just told me the same thing. He was confused, she walks up behind him and points to me. She checks all the pick up bags by the front and then said my pie would be just a few more minutes. I think it is obvious when she brought out my pie at 7:05 that they didnt put my pie in until they "called me......" Its a shame too, good pies and the place looks great with the new renovations, but service is HUGE in my book. I understand youre busy, but dont lie to me...

Rude. Un-attentive. Unprofessional Staff. We arrived at 1:45 to the restaurant to have buffet. We went to the buffet and got salads and pizza. On our return to the table the Waitress Linda Hagle told us the buffet was closed at 1:30 and that we could not eat what we had on our plates. We then asked the manager on Duty (Jimmy LaLuca) for a customer satisfaction survey. He refused to give us one unless we purchased something. When asked for his name and the the name of the waitress who refused us service, he tore off a cash register receipt scribbled his name, threw it on the counter and walked away. When I called for him to return to address our concerns he ignored me.

takes them at least 15 minutes to pick up a phone call for placing a order and the pizza is never cooked all the way. if you order make sure you say WELL DONE. mon-Thursday is never a problem. but the weekends be prepared to wait if they tell you be ready in 20 mins. They always seem under staffed and are always forgetting something for my order but its okay because everytime they give me a credit for the next time. as long as that manager is there. Over all. this pizza hut is horrible..i would go to dominos but its way to far for me. place use to be so good when I was a kid, since the remodel...its been horrible. 3 out of ten ratting for me

order a pan pizza and cheese stixs online, was advised pickup at 638pm, got there at 640pm and was told would not be ready for 20 to 30 min. Well it took 25 min before it was ready, and when we got home pizza was very doughy, not crisp at all, and the cheeses stixs were good but not enough sause. When I arrived at Pizza Hut only two customers in side, have no idea why it took so long, sure hope you people read this and other reviews and get your game together.

Place is cold. Mainly because I believe because it is moldy inside. This location is very dirty and obviously owners and management does not care and workers dont care. I honestly believe that a chain should keep to standards and make sure all franchise owners up hold to that standard. This is not being done at this location.

Restaurant was cold and dirty. I wouldnt go there anymore. The lack of clients in the restaurant seem to reflect what I think and observed. Locals do not eat there but pick-up their food there. One star for service and one star for food.

Always short of staff. Online said it would be 25 minutes... Got here at the time, im still waiting an additional 20-30. Other customers are agitated as well. The pizzas are good though but long wait sometimes.

Went there with my 2 kids they were very slow getting my food out then messed up my order, they have to refund me on two items ordered. I would recommend for takeout but check your order before you leave.

I used to come here and always had good food/service until they burned my pizza so bad it was inedible. Too late to do anything about it so it went right into the garbage and well never go back.

Just as I remember it from the 90s. Thats both good and bad. The pizza is the same which is a good thing, but the decor could stand to be updated. Friendly waitress though.
