01/01/2017.... 08:00 p.m. on a sunday..... I am there now and 45 minutes ago and Jonathan at the register said my food was going to be ready in 15 minutes and instead i have been waiting for 45 minutes and now i am in my car still waiting because he said another 16 minute with a smirk in his face smh....great customer service....i dont think the manager is there smh...when we had first came in we said we placed an order which was 25 minutes prior to that and when we had got there he said we had just ordered which wasnt true cause we had ordered 25 minutes prior smh.... I wish i could give it a no star which that option was open....Keep it up with the bad service....Just received my food and i said to "JONATHAN" the cashier guy ..so i wont get any discount for waiting for a whole hour for my food "JONATHAN" replied by saying only if we make a mistake so i replied by saying so you telling me waiting for 45 minutes longuer then you told me wasnt a mistake.. I said to Jonathan you have great customer service he replied arrogantly by saying "YUP".

THE WORST PIZZA HUT IVE EVER BEEN TO! Restaurant was empty the whole time we dined in. Took five minutes to be seated. Brought out a clearly soiled plate. Breadsticks did not taste like pizza hut breadsticks and were slightly burned. The breadsticks came out with the pizza. Ordered cinnamon sticks but was given clearly burned hersey chocolate sticks and had to ask for the correct dessert. During the whole hour that we were there dining waiting for our food (again we were the only customers in the restaurant) the staff was loudly complaining and using not favorable language regarding each other. Left a tip that complemented our service and food quality and was attacked with "thats it? Can you believe this" With some other added comments as we walked out. Save yourself the trouble, aggravation and disgust. Nothing about this experience was nice.

I am currently an employee at this Pizza Hut location in Linden and the management is very unprofessional, not courteous, disrespectful, demeaning, and unjust. I like the company its self, but it is in need of MAJOR improvement. Very disorganized, many dissatisfied customers daily, improper sanitation, and very inaccurate with putting orders together. I was written up without first being warned for not entering my tips into the computer at the end of the day, But the whole point of this review is not about me, its to let you all know, this Pizza Hut absolutely stinks, its horrible, do not go here if you expect a pleasurable dining experience. The staff acts like a bunch of zoo animals and are loud and obnoxious. I would not recommend this "restaurant" to anyone at all...

Found a long strand of hair in my pizza. I called to get my money back. Spoke to the manager Mohammad, who not only refused to give me my money back but also hung up on me. When I called back to get the general managers name, the lady who answered the phone refused to give it to me and stated that it was personal information. Since when is a first name personal information when you work as a general manager? Not like I was asking for her home phone number. The food is disgusting with hair in it, the staff if even more disgusting for not handling it properly and instead being beyond rude. only only giving this place one star because I had to in order to post this, otherwise I would give it nothing.

I didnt like any of the food. I ordered an alfredo chicken pasta and it was not good. The pastas cheese had a weird scent to it and tasted really disgusting. The bread was overdone and the chicken tasted funny, too. Im disappointed because I used to love pizza huts pasta. Im not sure what changed, but my order was just disgusting. I hated everything about it except for the soda. That was the only good thing that came out of this order. The delivery guy was impolite, too. Just practically dropped everything in my hand, looked super annoyed and didnt say anything to me at all. Pizza hut is a definite no from me. Definitely wont be eating from here again.

Pizza hut of Linden must be the absolute worst location in the chain!! If they have a delivery driver, why does it take a hour and a half EVERY time you order for delivery? Call in service is shotty at best, at counter service horrible, and how can this place be so dirty? Management and staff are pretty much worthless... be careful when placing order cause they will FLAT OUT LIE to you about what they put on your ticket for delivery! I wish Corporate would come out and check on the quality of this location. And for the adventurous type, this is the service that people pay big bucks for in NYC!

Disappointing is the best word that comes to mind. I placed an order for pick-up, repeated it three times to the employee, and they still got the order wrong. The restaurant appears fully staffed and isnt too busy, so I cant figure out why. Normally I wouldnt bother writing a note about this, but I just wanted to add one more confirmation to the already long list that this PH stinks. I think Im the incompetant one for reading those other posts and still ordering from here.

We called in one simple order and 1 hour and a half later got something we did not order. When we called back to complain they said they had a shortage of drivers and couldnt do anything about it. Offered to give us store credit instead of refunding and told me that I can throw the food we had received away if I wanted (the manager said this). Horrible service. Never ordering from here again AND I will send an email to their offices about this specific location.

Come to Pizza Hut to cool off on the hottest day this summer & the AC do not work how can you enjoy your pizza in a hot restaurant please get it together & the rest rooms are horrible & I went to the counter looked in the back where they prepare the food the man took a pan & push the garbage down with it and placed it back on the counter with the food that go to costumers. So please never eat from there me & my wife walked out!!!!!

Worst place ever!!! I called for a carry out and the girl told me 20min for pick up. When I arrive my pizza was not ready because they misplaced my ticket. I waited 25min so that they prepared it and then the pizza was not well done. They had to re-cook it and I had to wait 10min more. They charge me quickly but NEVER apologize. At the end, the pizza taste horrible.. I dont recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!!!!!

We were waiting to be seated for at least 10 minutes and no one came to help. They were just telling each other that seat them down but no one did. And it was not like they were busy. They only had 2 families who were dining therefore it was really slow. Worst service ever. All they did was talk to each other. I Dont recommend anyone to ever go there unless your okay with wasting your time.

This is the worst pizza hut....pizza is always cold, doesnt taste too good and theres always only one waitress who mans the front desk and takes orders...the salad bar is almost always empty and when there is salad, the lettuce is all brown and everything else looks old...I dont understand why there is only girl always working there. cant they afford to get more ppl?the pizza sucks as well.
