we were there saturday night around 9 pm by 10 at least we got our table, only three tables are full rest all empty inside god knows what took so late to give us a table, next we order our food.. the ill mannered waitress did not give us plates or cutlery , we ordered two plates garlic bread and she bring one order finally for 8 people and out of one bread she through on floor.. next she brought our drinks( still no plates my friends) no straws and she mixed all regular and diet she dont know which is what.. we end up order again some extra drinks. next finally by gods grace our plates came you cannot believe how dirty they are just some one ate she washed with water and gave us.. lot of sauce pizza small piece everything on them. so now we have to wait our food and plates and soda... some how we ate our pizza by 11pm and get lost from there. ( that also by getting service directly from manager we were able to get our pizza). i cannot really believe pizza hut is really famous restaurant and they are having Saturday night these kind of drunk and ill mannered waitresses .. i will not recommend to any one to go this place again. and next to us others tables all are empty no one even cleaned all the food drinks hanging there until the time we left. at least pizza was cooked and this stupid girl forget one pizza so we have to wait for that also at the end.. i have taken my parents i was so upset the way we got service. one star is toooooo much for this place

The Pizza Hut on 22W in Union NJ is THE WORST!!! Went there on 11/10/12. Was told to wait 10 min for a seat, no problem. What was a problem was that there were 8 tables available,(I counted), and no one ahead of us. After waiting 15 min, (and seeing at least 5 tables leave), we were asked again,(by the SAME person who told us 10 min,),if we were waiting to be seated. I replied "Yes", and was told the wait is 20 min. I told her "BYE",and stormed out. No one cleaned the tables, no one attempted to seat us, no one did anything. Sooooo, we went to Applebees nearby and was seated almost immediately and had a great meal, with great service. Havent been to Pizza Hut in a while, and after last night, its safe to say, I wont be going there ever again, and telling my family and friends, never to go there either. Oh, and by the way, I did notify your corporate office as well. So you may be hearing from them too.

The people at this place seem to have no manners and are disgustingly rude! My fiance and i tried ordering online to get the special that is going on at the moment. We tried multiple times, but it seemed that there was something wrong with the site. When my fiance called in to ask for assistance and to speak to a manager about the issue we were having, we got the manager on the phone that did nothing, but yell at us and give us an attitude. She answered the phone by saying "yes?!!!!" And when we explained our situation, her exact words were " its working for me!!! I dont know what you want me to do!!?". This happened Tuesday May 9th at 8:49pm. With all of this being said, i will never bother ordering from this place ever again.

every single waiter and cashier at this facility needs to be fired. Called in an order and as requested arrived in 15 mins to pick up. Stood at the counter for another 15min where the waiters and cashier walked by chatting and standing around. I had to call the number while standing in the facility to tell the lady how answered the phone next to me that Im standing at the counter waiting on a pick. She then acted surprised and told me she didnt see that a customer was standing at the counter. this place need to be under better management and they new more attentive staff.

Ive literally have been going to this place for the past two decades. Meaning ever since I was born! Its still vintage and amazing, the pizza is A+ plus, the cleanliness of it in the front and dining areas are astonishing, still! But I think its about time they update those bathrooms. I give the bathrooms a D+. I will never get tired of this place truly, besides the bathrooms. Pizza Hut in general is the best chain pizza restaurant!

The worst place ever, The pizza was under cooked, The were out of salad at the salad bar and how they do that when there only my family and one other family there, When I told them the took the bowl to the back and just put more salad in with out cleaning the bowl. There is so much more that I just can not write it all in here. :(

All the negative reviews seem to pertain to the service rather than the food quality. While I have never been served at a table there, when I do go in I find the place rather empty. Just order the really good chicken alfredo with bread sticks to go and dont even bother with the service, as no one else seems to want to either.

Every Time I call to try and place an order the person hangs up immediately after picking up, this happened several times and the final time I tried to order they picked up accidentally and I heard them laughing and saying "no I keep hanging up" This was Saturday night March 4th at 10:15. Bad service !

Not expect top service, but from being a server and a chef, there can definitely be more effort from the staff. My order is simple however it seems to be screwed up quite often. Not necessarily busy and if you take out, you will be waiting quite a while regardless if your food is ready or not.

It was cold, the floor was sticky, the carpet smelled of barf, and worst of all: We had to wait an HOUR after I ordered just so the cashier to tell us that there were problems with the oven. An hour wasted sitting in that uncomfortable restaurant.

Im here and restaurant is supposed to closed at 10 on a sunday. Is not even 9:20 and they closed the dine in. And is alot of people here that want to go in dine in. Worst puzza hut ever.

Best pizza hut of the 3 in the area. The inside is probably in need of a face lift, its a little run down and look just like it did when i was 5. But the service in my experience is good.

Horrible service... The we ordered online, said 15 min. 30 min later the pizza want ready. Shouldve learned the first time I came here to eat took us 1 hr to get served. Horrible!
