My son applied at Pizza Hut located on 2002 Lincoln Hwy Edison, NJ 08817. The manager by the name of Joe asked him to come for an interview. When my son reached there, Joe told my son to come another day. So when my son went again the next time for the interview, Joe makes him wait for 45 minutes and then tells him that he does not have a vacancy. I cannot believe this nonsense. My son goes to the place twice because he has been called by this "Joe" and then has to return because the first time "Joe" does not have time to talk to him and the second time "Joe" suddenly realizes that he does not have a vacancy. I hope someone in the main office realizes that people like Joe waste a young mans time, by giving him false hopes and making him run around. If there was no vacancy why make my son come all the way. My son does not even have a car. He had to request friends and famliy for a ride twice to the store. The second time he had to walk back home 4 miles since there was nobody to give him a ride. The main office should certainly take some action against managers like Joe who like to waste an applicants time.

Word of advice, if youre going to order from this place, never, and I mean never do delivery! Their delivery service is the WORST ever. I always have late deliveries, and it is not a "10 or 15 min" late delivery, it is several hours late delivery. The longest wait I had was over 3 hours. I called them to see that the hell was up, and the guy speaking to me didnt even know if my order was made or delivered yet. He thought he was covering the phone or that I couldnt hear him and he began whispering to the driver asking if he delivered an order to my address. The driver said "what? no I thought I was done." I told him "are you kidding me right now? He quickly responded "Sir your delivery is on the way we just had a bit of an issue with our system. Bullshit, I let him know that I heard what he said to the driver and he said "Im sorry sir its on the way." I asked him how he was going to make this up to me and he said "its on the way." So I said you know what this is pathetic I do not want the order anymore, goodbye. They tried calling me back after that several times and I have blocked their number.

I worked there for just a short time and quit because of the constant sexual harassment I dealt with from mainly the head manager Joesph Haesef (could be off on the spelling but you know what I mean) I dont know if its because hes European or whatnot,the fact he UNamerican but he SURE acted unamerican. He would whisper perverted things to me even when his WIFE had just left the building! I am a young (married!) mother of 2 and this "man" had the audacity to speak so vulgarly to me and deny it at the end of the day! Not only that but he had one of his managers cheat on the health exams. We were all supposed to take it individually but he had his manager take it for all of us and just mess up here and there. So NO ONE there is qualified to work there! Sickening experience!

Worst pizza experience ever.. Ordered Pizza around 10:00 P.M. as was having no energy to prepare food after a hectic day at office... The real disaster arrived when I had the first bite of Pizza Slice... The pizza was not cooked and was tasting bad.. Called the manager to complain about the issue and got a free advice that it is due to more toppings and shouldnt add more toppings.. Funny part is that I had ordered anoother pan pizza with just 1 topping along with it and that also was tasting same.. When questioned about that he had no answer but overall experience was terrible and was shocked by the rudeness he showed..

Well I went to the Buffet a couple of days ago, and it really wasnt much to write home to mom about, but the lunch buffet is more a quantity-over-quality type of deal across the board, so I wasnt too upset. However, fresh pizzas are AMAZING from this place! I recently moved to this area, and hadnt had a Pizza Hut pizza in years. It was delicious! All in all, this is a pretty nice establishment. The lunch buffet could use some work, but this doesnt take away from the blazing-fast deliveries, the sweet and caring staff, and the wonderful pizza! Four outta five!

this place is terrible !! i placed an order and payed for a soda , delivery guy came and forgot my soda so he said hed go to the store and buy one 20 minutes later he never came back so i called and he said he was doing his other deliveries before he came back with my soda ?????? i called the pizza hut and this place has a bunch of teenagers or something but theyre useless and helpess workers. they basically told me oh well whenever he gets there youll get your soda . NEVER AGAIN. they lost me as a customer ! 1 hour for a soda that shouldve came WITH MY ORDER !!

The only time my food is hot and cooked all the way through is when Tamara Deitlien is working. She is so professional and polite. She knows her customers and she shows she care about the quality and timing of delivery of the food. When she isnt working i receive cold food late and terrible wings.I know she deserves time off but, it makes you not want to eat from here unless she is working. Great Job Tamara if it wasnt for you I would not order from this Pizza Hut.

The food is good especially since you are able to completely customize your order online to a great level of detail. Service is timely and orders are accurate. Never had an issue with ordering from the website or picking up something on the way home. I have not dined in at this location but it is in sore need of an upgrade. The furnishings look dated [early 80s?] and would not appeal to families or young crowds.

Almost vacant but the quality of pizza was awesome. The staff was decent and attentive and was helpful. I think as more and more dining experience is fading off with online offers, may be time for them to be more innovative....Dining experience with family is always a pleasure and may be people would cherish if made more attractive...

Rarely has waiters or waitresses. Only has 3-4 people on staff at a time between cashier, cook, delivery person. Only good thing about them not having waiters is that you can eat in the restaurant without paying and tips, so its basically like a Burger King. Pizza quality is below average to average.

I usually stop by at night before I go home to bring home a pizza. Every time I go, its usually the same faces and theyre always friendly and helpful. The food is good and there is always some kind of deal to help you save money.

Ate in at the restaurant today with my family. The pizza was quite delicious (one of the new BBQ bacon), the wait time reasonable, and the service was also good. Would come back for more in the future.
