Hands down THE WORST service Ive ever had with anything service-related, food or otherwise. I called and placed an order for delivery. An hour later, I called back to find out where it was. It basically went like this. I said, "Hi, I called for delivery an hour ag--" He interrupts me to scream into the phone, "All delivery out!" and hangs up. I figured maybe theyre busy. Lets see if it gets here in 15 minutes. By Google maps, Im 2~3 mins away by car, 10 mins on foot. 15 minutes go by. Meanwhile, I checked my credit card account online (transactions are shown immediately) to see if my order had been processed. There are TWO new pending transactions. One for $76.95, and one for $16.95 (which is correct). I called back, twice. He hung up on me immediately both times. I didnt even have time to complain or scream or anything. He has no reason to be like this. So, I assumed I had a bad connection and tried another phone. Finally, I get to explain the situation and he just starts screaming the number of the delivery guys cell phone at me over and over. Im trying to explain to him that he hasnt let me tell him who I am or what I ordered. How could he know my order is out? He hangs up on me again. I called his delivery guy (who was more or less calm and articulate and nice, if a little confused to be hearing from me). Sure enough he didnt have my order. He called his boss to straighten it out and called me back. Its supposed to be on the way now. Were getting close to two hours....

Nasty food on earth i will not recommend this place to anyone....their service is really bad...you order something and you dont even get it.....and when you call back to them saying you didnt get your order right...they say they are too busy to come back to give it to us......we order food for almost $20.00 and it not even worth it.....we put everything in garbage......it tasted so nasty....do not go here....

Terrible delivery service , The forgot stuff and when we I call them and never brung it , the food was disgusting and salty , shrimp smelled like rotten and omg we found a roach on general tsos chicken !! We called them to complaint and a very nasty attitude was given to us !! Stay away from this nasty place it is a healt hazard !!

The food are ok, but the customer service are bad. One day when I go over they come out with out buying anything, one of the employee was yelling at me that Im not ordering anything. I was comfuse, it my money n I will buy what I want, that what I tell her. Bad service almost all the time, DO NOT GO OVER THE PERIOD.

this might not be the the best restaurant but its not bad either. i think the food is good and the portions are satisfying. the service is o.k. i mean i havent felt uncomfortable ordering.
