My visit started with me watching the chef/cashier prepare a sandwich without gloves immediately after making change. As I placed my order, I quietly and politely mentioned that I only wanted my order filled if she was willing to make it wearing the unused latex gloves that were in a nearby box. She spoke with the owner who advised me "dont worry about it" which I mistakenly took as a willingness to comply with local health codes. While waiting for my sandwich, my attention strayed from the giant flat screen TV (Fox News) to the owner who was preparing my order - without gloves. I said nothing but when he realized I was watching he became angry and asked whether I would be wearing gloves while eating the sandwich. I said I would wash my hands first instead. He responded by making a big show of moving the sandwich with utensils only. In the future, I will be eating at establishments where the germ theory of disease is less controversial.

The best bagels in the area. Nice selection. Now to my complaint...... A few times in the last month. I will stop for a bagel. One of the girls working behind the counter will NOT wear gloves!!! She will make a bagel with her hands and take your money, then make change. The first time this happened, I didnt say anything. I threw the bagel out. A few weeks later she did it again. She placed the bagel on the counter and I said softly so others wouldnt hear me... "would you mind making me another bagel with gloves on like the other girl behind the counter" She rolled her eyes at me and had the other girl make my bagel.

Always right on time the ONLY reason I didnt give a 5star is because their bagels are so amazing if you dont get there early they are sometimes out of the faves! Such as my personal favorite "FRENCH TOAST OR BLUEBERRY BAGEKS" With BACON EGG & CHEESE W/XTRA XTRA BACON on it with a yohoo is just amazingnesS plus all the girls working & the cooks are awesome! Its a must go every time Im omw to PA... I love love love & adore them! Parking is tricky but Im from the city originally so its not a big deal..

Just got a bagel from here , burned the hell out of my throat. I had ordered a olive cream cheese bagel from this dumb and it turned out to have jalapenos on it. What are you stupid? Cant make a bagel? Or take a correct order? Poor service you guys suck at your job. Your also located in port jervis. I bet high school drop outs work there. Keep up the sucky work.

The food taste good, but The prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you receive. I dont know if they have had a change in staff or what but this place is going down hill fast. Also, when you call them to find out general information regarding something from the menu: You get nothing but attitude.

I love their food its absolutely great but one issue I have from novembe,17, 2015 to November,20,2015 I got the same two sandwiches every morning an I was charged 3 different prices once 8.11$ then 7.79$ then 7.50$ not much of a difference was just a lil confused why

I have been going to this establishment since they opened. I pretty much get the same thing every time I visit. A western with home fries cooked in it on a hard roll with Hot sauce...It is SOOO good. The owners are great and the staff is fantastic.

Best bagels around but was very disgusted when the man making my bacon egg and cheese just grabbed the bagel without any gloves on. Will never eat there again until I know that everyone touching my food has clean gloves on
