Went there a little before 8 pm this past Saturday. I have been to many Panera Bread cafes. This one is by far the worst. The dining area and the bathroom were filthy. It looked like the bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a week. A stall was closed with an "out of order" sign because it was dirty. Trash all over the floor, garbage can overflowing. Dining area had food and other trash on the floor. Looked like they never wiped the tables or seats off. Waited a long time for food, almost 10 minutes, and they werent even busy. They were out of chili at 8 p. m. on a Saturday night. Got black bean instead. Soup was dripping on outside of bowl and all over tray. I asked one of the workers for a refund of the difference in price between black bean soup and chili. She talked to a manager, who then told me in a sarcastic tone, "Its a dollar." I said I wanted my dollar. So he threw the dollar on the counter. Didnt even apologize. There were a couple of employees sitting nearby who "got off early." One of them was flying paper airplanes in the dining room and one of them ended up under my table...so they had to interrupt me to retrieve it. If the place was so dirty and it took so long to get a food order out, WHY were they let off early, just to hang around the dining area and annoy the customers? The place is a dump. The employees are rude and lazy, including the manager. Stay on 80 and look for the next P Bread. Avoid this one at all costs!

I cant say anything bad about Panera! Especially the one in the trade zone. I always do rapid pick up orders, sometimes theyll make a glitch. But were human! All I had to do was call them & they asked if i could return & to enjoy the extra chicken noodle soup i got instead of a chicken & wild rice! I get there, they give my 2 bowls of wild rice, the one wasnt totally full they had just sold out, so in return they gave me 2 pastries! Thank you Adam, Thank you to the other gentlman whom helped me both times! Sorry, I regret not getting his name! & Mike! Mike helped me a previous time. You guys are great here. Love coming to this location. Love Panera!!!

Its a Panera Bread! Its been my familys favorite for quite some time but since we dont have anymore business in the area we dont visit it as often. It is good and consistent just like a Panera should be but it is not as crowded, or at least I havent seen it as crowded as some of the other locations Ive visited. The food is good, timely and tasty, and so is the coffee. :)

Best to pass. This is not a good place to eat. The counter people are rude and demeaning. I asked for the half sandwich and soup package. I made it really clear. They charged me for a soup and full sandwich. The place is dirty and obviously management does not care about customer service. Lastly, the prices are really high for what you get. Id go elsewhere.

I love the staff at this Panera. The (man with salt and pepper hair who seemed managerial) manager brought me my food and thanked me for coming in and shook my hand earnestly and told me to call if I need anything. What a nice guy. I know its Panera but thats the sort of stuff that makes me choose to come here after work vs. another spot on my way home.

Ive always enjoyed the food here. Very quick and not over crowded. Love the soups. It would nice to have regular whole milk as a choice for my coffee instead of just skim, 2%, and half and half. Why is 2% even there? I can make 2% by mixing skim and whole milk if they had whole milk.

the counter person kept saying "I can take the next person" even though my daughter and I were the only ones there. as we had never been there before we were standing to the side looking at the menu. food was good and the atmosphere very comfortable.

This Panera Bread is a standalone store within a strip mall. They offer pretty much a standard selection of sandwiches, baked goods, and soups, like all other Panera Bread locations. I find the food to be a tad overpriced but service was good.

Very easy ordering from a computer kiosk then just go to a table and for was delivered. Still have the option the stand in line and order with a real person. Food was delicious and healthy and prepared quickly.
