Bagel Bistro has good sandwiches but as others have posted, the staff is awful. We went there at 2 PM and their sign said that they closed at 2:30 so we went inside, ordered a sandwich with the intention of eating it there and were told that they were closing and we could not sit down. Had I not already paid for it we would have walked out. We were forced to eat in the car as watched them clean up. It took us less than 10 minutes. This was unbelievable. It is obvious that they do not read their own reviews as this is a common theme. Not going back as the food is not that overwhelming to have to take such abuse.

My daughter and I had bagels from there this morning....Absolutely amazing. I just couldnt say enough about it the whole way home, which was about a 15 min drive. We talked about it the whole way home. Saying, "Oh my, this is soooooo good. Its the best bagel I have ever had....and wow! It is so worth the trip!!" So if that doesnt get your taste buds going, I dont know what else will. GO TRY THEM! You wont be disappointed. We had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, and the french toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese~both were toasted! Yummmm P.S. Prices are great too! =D

Every time I go there they get my order wrong. It would take you 2 seconds to read the order back to the customer when they order to make sure it is correct or even check it when it is done. Absolutely ridiculous. Used to be the best bagel place and never used to get orders wrong but this new staff they have is terrible. Probably never going back. A bacon egg and cheese is not rocket science but you guys cant seem to get it right. Its a shame because the food is delicious.. That is when I can actually eat it.

I go to bagel Bistro at least 4 times a week. My normal goal is to receive a your welcome when i say thank you (you will never get one). The staff is by far the most miserable people ever! Its a shame because the food and prices are really good. If only your staff wasnt so nasty EVERY DAY. I have tried to figure out why and just came to the conclusion they are miserable people.

Very poor customer service. My sandwich was ok, but i will never support a business with rude staff. Also what place accepts personal checks but not credit cards? My experience there was just a big hassle. Rule of thumb Bagel Bistro you have 1 time to make an impression on a customer, and mines was not good at all. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Very dissatisfied.

My fiance and I love this quaint brunch place! The quality is superb and the prices are great. This place has a relaxed attitude, they provide newspapers, and the staff is usually very kind :) They are closed on odd days/times though, so look up the hours before you go.

Ive been to Bagel Bistro a few times now for both take-out and eat-in. The sandwiches are wonderful, especially the turkey panini. Dont leave without trying their home made crumb cake! Delicious!!!

The sandwiches are decent but as stated in other reviews, the place is run by a bunch of teenagers, everyones running around and you dont know who to pay or who to give your order to.
