Id give 0 stars if the option were given. Someone named Jazz took my order and seemed absolutely disgusted the whole time. She was giving nasty looks, took long pauses to look around and talk to her co-workers, pretended (and made another rude facial expression) like she couldnt hear what I wanted to order after I repeated it multiple times, tone getting louder and louder. I kept my composure and remained civil, although most people would have been fed up and left on the spot. These are not the kind of people you should be hiring. I will never be coming to this location again and I will most definitely be letting people know about the kind of people you are hiring. The kind of attitude that she presented was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Something must be done.

The food usually is pretty good today it wasnt that crispy so I didnt really enjoy it but most of the time its pretty crispy I added more chicken to my sandwich and I think that made it a little more gooey and less crispy also I use the kiosk and my vibrator thing never vibrated I probably did something wrong at the kiosk but its all good its a nice place

Very bed experience in this location. No chicken tortellini Alfredo on Sunday. Instead We order chicken Cesar salad and steak panini. They forget to put chicken in salad. When I ask for chicken they throw some cold chicken to my Cesar salad. Very dirty tables. I was really surprised, not good service, staff busy with talking and laughing

Manager Andy extremely rude to customer very unorganized had to wait 15 min for coffee to be made I go there 3 times a week send alot of money and to have a rude nasty sarcastic manager like Andy talk down to customers he needs more training or fired I will NOT be going back there until til hes gone.

Every single time I go there my order isnt right. Last time I asked for a certain bread with my sandwich I got something completely different. Tonight I ordered two different soups and got two of the exact same soups.

They sold me a Frontega Chicken with a piece of meat that didnt taste like chicken... long story short it was Turkey that almost made me vomit ... ugh I ended up with Chicken Cesar Salad thanks but no thank you!

This is the most cleanest, and most comfortable Panera Bread. The staff is warm and welcoming. The food preparers are always courteous and serve you with a smile. We love coming here.

Always great food and good atmosphere. Easy ordering online. I can order online, walk in 10 minutes later, grab my food from the pick up shelf and walk out. No waiting.
