FIRST time LAST time customer. Placed order for delivery tonight and was told 45 minutes. 55 minutes later food has yet to leave the restaurant. I had to pick it up myself. I was offered NO apology not even a free can of soda. Poor customer service. Pizza was obviously sitting there for some time. When we finally ate it it was warm at best and all the cheese had congealed. Meatballs in my hero were overcooked and dry. I waited 55 minutes for that! Youve got to be kidding me! Theres too much competition in this neighborhood to put up with this again. NEXT TIME APOLOGIZE. Apologies can go a long way sometimes.

The Food Is Amazing, I Constantly Spend At Least $60+ A Week From This Place..But Talk About Horrible, & I Mean Horrible Delivery Service Just To Deliver A Hero,Dozen Garlic Knots, & A 2litter. Took Them More Than 2hrs & This Was On a Saturday Afternoon, & There About A 10min Drive From Where Im At,TheyStill Manage To Take 2+hrs To Deliver Something Simple.NEVER AGAIN Will I Order For Delivery,Neither Should You, You Have A Better Chance Waiting To Be Seated At Outback Steack House Then Waiting For Delivery From This Place.

This is not for the Patchougue location but the new Miller Place location. They get 4 stars on the merit of the manager named Billy. He took what would have been a bad experience and made it right. He took the time out to call me and make a genuine attempt to understand to my problem and went above and beyond to make it up to me. I will be trying this place again simply because I know they care enough to make it right if its wrong. THats good customer service.

I work by this place and we had it delivered. I ordered shrimp parmigana and would u like some shrimp wit ur sauce!! The whole thing was covered wit sauce that was sweet. It tasted like jarred sauce and there was only 4 shrimp and I paid like 20 dollars for the meal also pizza wasnt good either tomato sauce once again way too sweet....very displeased wit this place...will never order again!!

Had multiple problems with this place. From orders being screwed up. To orders being forgotten. And at times, the food being horrible. When I sent an email to the owner there was no response. So if you dont care about your customers...... The place USED to be good. Has gone horribly downhill. Plenty of other great pizza places in the area. Ill go to one of them.

I have ordered from here a bunch of times the food is good. Today my delivery was very late and they forgot 2 items, put cheese on items ( I do not eat cheese, made sure I said no cheese on ANYTHING) The owner was extremely rude on the phone, told me he would replace it and then hung up on me. Terrible service, dont spend your money here!

call service sucks .the girl didnt ask for a name and didnt read card number back.and...was quick to hang up.if my name was taken i couldve got food because i gave wrong number, and the driver couldve buzzed my appartment to come down. i hope they credit me back,or im shitting in a pizza box and delivering it to them

What a great kid the counter guy was! I was on limited time and he was busy taking a phone order so I left . he came out to my cat and asked me if he could get me anything and sorry for the delay! Who does that? Brought my food back to my cat and all thank you fine sir there actually are gentlemen left !

I order from here for work a lot. The food is always good and the service is always great. Theyve always had my order ready for pick up when I specify a particular time. Theyre very helpful and always offer assistance with carrying large orders out to my car. Im always very impressed with them!

Absoultely love this place. The best pizza and the best chicken Alfredo ever!!! & Every pasta dish ive ever tried has been amazing. And the salads are huge and tasty. I recommend this place to anyone. My favorite spot in long island. You got my 5 star rating.

If I could put a half of a star, I would. This place is atrocious. First time I ordered a well done pie and it came to my house practically raw. The second and last time I ordered, there was a hair in the Sicilian pie.

They have great food, one of my favorite places. Down side is they sometimes forget your orders compleatly. Orders are never complete, always waiting for something to get done while the rest of your food is getting cold

Usually pick up for there, have had delivery a couple of times and they were always on point. Their pizzas are excellent and along with their garlic knots. Their Buffalo chicken parm hero is awesome
