9/17/16 7:49pm My first interaction was with an employee making a negative remark about the sports team shirt I was wearing. I would have been able to brush it off, even though its completely unacceptable, if the rest of the experience wasnt terrible as well. My wife and kids wanted milkshakes, the response from the cashier was that they were out. My wife ordered popcorn chicken, the response again was that they were out. She finally settled for the asiago chicken sandwich, and when the order was brought out, guess what wasnt on the tray? There was no asiago chicken sandwich. The response from the cashier this time was that they hadnt even made it in the kitchen. Thats a pretty unusual chain of events if you ask me, and it makes it difficult not to feel like my family was targeted because of the shirt I chose to put on this morning. I usually go to this sonic at least twice a month, but Im not going here again, the staff is incompetent and on top of that they hire people who will insult you. This establishment started off so well, but it seems that its taken a turn for the worse. One word of advice: avoid

My friends and I were in the area and decided to stop for a shake. The service was awful. This young man Raul came out side while texting on his phone and not making eye contact and sipping his shake he takes majority of our order and then says, "Oh nevermind you can pull up and give her your order" and laughs while doing it. Once we got to the window the girl by the name Brianna was very nice but she rushed us as well. We explained to her the horrible service we just received and everyone in Sonic just chose to laugh it off. The shakes were good but we were pretty nervous to drink them under the circumstances. Who knows they couldve spit it them for all we know. We will not be returning to this location.

I didnt care for it, I didnt care for it at all. The burger was about 93 degrees. The chocolate shake was only chocolate on top. They must use a vanilla mix. I didnt ask for cool whip or a cherry. I see no need to give your name on a cash transaction. Just give me a number but they couldnt and I didnt get a receipt. Great advertising though. Wont be back. Leaving, I spotted Smashburger, got exact same order. Perfection! ! ! ! With great smiling workers

I give this place 3.5 stars not really 4 stars. The food was good for a fast food chain. I had the steak and cheese and tots... Steak and cheese was ok and tots were pretty good and fresh. I asked for a black coffee but got brown watered down crap... The staff his name was Deon was very apologetic and exchanged my coffee for a Sprite instead. Customer service here is actually pretty good compared to other places Ive been too...

was awful waited 5 minutes for Amanda to take 3 outside orders without saying a word to me finally another worker said to take inside order then ordered 2 large slushies and waited 15 minutes before I waited in line to ask were they were then finally got almost half hour for 2 slushies and she charged me more then sign said.

The manager at sonic Milford was absolutely amazing! I came here with my sister and her two friends, and my card got declined due to security reasons, but the manager Ryan was very kind, paitent, and helpful through my difficulties. The service was also very good & the food was great! Thank you Ryan and staff at sonic.

Food was delicious, customer service is horrible....the pull ups were apparently closed with no signs saying they were went inside not even a hi or a welcome to sonic nothing just a do u no what u want? Even getting the phone absolute no emotion just handing it to us not even a hi or a bye nothing just rude people

Orders are typically accurate. If any issues they usually more than rectify it. Sometimes too busy and the drive through line can be out of the parking lot. Catch them just after the lunch rush. Inside also has phone charging stations at several seating areas.

Had a minor issue today-the manager RYAN was GREAT on the issue-They also have the BEST $5 boxes and 1/2 price after 8pm milkshakes out there My husbands convertible always pulls in when in Milford Ct [ps] the staff is always polite

Waited at the booth for 10 minutes, decided to go through the drive through as that seemed to be moving along. Took an inordinately long time to prepare our order.... Then realized they made me the completely wrong thing. :(

I went there just for a pineapple shake but they were out of pineapple! The hamburger was cold and it did not have enough lettuce. Come on and try just a little harder to get it right!
