Went to get food place was almost dead. Got to window and was told they were out ofmacn cheese for the night and was asked if I wanted a different side so I told them fries would be fine (mind you I ordered for 4 people myself my husband and 2 toddlers that really wanted Mac n cheese. Get my drinks and got asked to pull forward even tho there wasnt anyone behind me OK whatever the chick came out and gave me my food (one box and one bag) I looked and half the food was missing. So I drove back around to the window because at this point I was irritated. They were rude about the issue even tho I realized that their warmers were. Completely empty andHR before their posted close time. Get home (only a 5 min drive from there) and all the food was cold chicken mashed potatoes biscuts everything Fe!t and tasted cold and stale. Will be calling in the morning to talk to higher management and find out the owners name.

Ive always like KFC food, that has never been a question. But my dining experience here is terrible this time. Management, please take note of who is in the counter now, 6/11/17 at around 12:30. She needs a lot of training as to how to deal with clients. I hated the cold stare she gave me when i asked if there is a hot n spicy version of the k5 fill up and she said, " well that is expensive" while she looked at me head to foot. Made me feel like I look like somebody who cant afford a good meal. Tried to brush the negative feeling but she wont respond to me at all when I said thank you twice. That girl ruined my appetite.

Was one of the first customers off the day in store. Ordered food. Went to get drink from soda machine, and find that the nozzles were not put on. Nozzles were still sitting on counter next to soda machine in what looked like to be soda water. Which I take had been there all night. So, I wait for the lady to come put nozzles on. She does and I pour my root beer. It was really fizzy so I dumped some out and what I saw in my cup was sickening. There was a ton of little gnats or larva from something, but it was sooo disgusting I didnt even want to eat my food!!!

My husband brought home an eight piece dinner that contained just five pieces of chicken. I phoned expecting to be able to use our receipt for credit on a future purchase. I was told that the only way they can make up for their error is if the food is brought back to their store. We live fifteen minutes away! I cant believe they expect us to return-time gas hungry-when it is their error. Its too bad they just lost a customer.

Such a nice and friendly staff here. Theyre very cool about giving you lots of stuff for doing their reviews. Always clean, staff regularly clean whenever they have a quiet moment. Theyre usually really quick to get you your food, too.

Showed up at drive thru an hour befor posted closing. Place was dead. No on answered. Drove around...saw some kid chilling on a table doing his best to avoid seeing me. Drove around again. Samee deal. Went to Arbys instead.

Terrible. Ordered a Dinner combo at the drive-thru and they couldnt have possibly gotten more thing wrong. Wrong sides, wrong chicken, no biscuits... just terrible.

No matter how many times Ive come here Ive been disappointed every time. Somethings always wrong or missing. Wrong sides no cookie no straws no silverware. Sad
