I was so disappointed! My family loves Popeyes as our Friday or Saturday night dinner. This day I go to this location and was waited on by the rudest cashier. I felt like I was bothering her by even coming in the store. And the person she was reporting to was just as rude. I dont understand if you dont want to do your job then why come to work. As much as we love Popeyes, I will pass on that kind of service. I would not want to inconvenience anyone at the store by wanting to pay my money for their food. Oh and they forgot all of my side dishes in my 16 Piece Meal! So yeah we had chicken and biscuits and paid for a meal.

For a place that forces you to get a combo its funny how they always miss something from it. the 4 times Ive been there they have been too incompetent to give me my order in full, so i wait the normal 20 minutes just to order. Try to get only chicken to minimize the frustration, told that it was impossible then STILL only got chicken anyway because they forgot the rice. Not to mention it was an additional 10 minute wait for that. Think Im done with Popeyes there got to be a place near here that can do it right and want the business. long wait for this place to open just to be disappointed on 4 different trips.

Typical Popeyes, my order was not complete missing the chicken I ordered and paid for! Why is it every Popeyes That I have ever gone to seems to always have a confused staff that doesnt seem to be able to process an order correctly? The chicken is good and Ive always enjoyed it but its always a hassle to make an order and always discover that it is incorrect or missing items that were paid for!! I was looking forward to this new location to being different but it wasnt and I am sure it will be like all the rest and end up being a dirty disfunctional Popeyes franchise!

Well normally when I have gone the food has been fresh and hot....when it first opened. These last 2 times the associate at the window seems dry. Like its an inconvenience for her to be at work. So today I go and order a fish combo, and my food warm like the box had been sitting there for previous customers. My fish is soggy as well as my shrimp. I tried to call before I make this drive back to DE, being that I live in Elkton....NO ANSWER. Im starting to compare them to the Popeyes in Elkton.

the worst customer service I experience ever. They had the heat on 85 degrees with a manager standing doing nothing . It was so uncomfortable. The people working at this location must still be in high school because it took 30 mins to get an order for chicken tenders. I love pop eyes food but every location its the same issue. Also they always advertise for the special and 99.9% of the time going they dont have the special and you pay 12$ for chicken. This is why chick fila is better

Absolutely horrible. They messed my order up 3 times and then the manager got an attitude with me when I wanted a refund vice him personally fixing my order to make sure it would be great but the catch was I would have to wait 10 minutes for the food to be ready. I absolutely hate this store their is another one on the other end in Newark that is way better and have better customer service.

Incorrect order and are NOT willing to compensate when you go back in and explain what happened. Went through drive through 3 different occasions and order was totally messed up went back a week later to explain the three different occasions and completely unwilling to help ......good food bad experience. ........

Awful. Always gets your order wrong in the drive thru and if you go inside. Overcharged a couple of times all because they had 3 different prices for 1 item. Smh never again!

Its only not a 5 because fast food. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. Mine was a decent sized order, maybe just a second bag for my stuff.

Newcastle location needs to get their act together. Doors open at 11am chicken should be up and ready to go not 12pm when people have been waiting.....
