Im generally pretty forgiving and uncritical of fast food restaurants, but my recent experience here was a farce. When we arrived, there was no line, and we walked straight to the register. We waited there for ~25 minutes, without ever being acknowledged, or even being told that theyll be right with us in 20 minutes, just ignored, even after we told them we were ready to order, as the person taking orders was apparently the only one fulfilling them, as no fewer than 9 other employees did who the heck knows what. Then I would have had a kind word for her, but when she gets my order wrong, and I politely explain this to her, she then argues with me! Like, what the heck? First, it was my order, I am the ultimate authority on what I ordered, it was premeditated, planned, and executed just the way I had envisioned it (minus the 25 minute wait). Secondly, even if I had screwed up my own order, you dont argue with the customer! It then took about another 20 minutes to get the food and wait for the manager to correct my order. After the 45 minute ordeal, 2 employees we had seen chilling at a table when we arrived were still there, doing absolutely nothing. As much as I keep telling myself that theyll be hurt in the long run by bad service, Im yet unconvinced, because their business model doesnt rely on repeat business as they are right off the highway. Hopefully the owner sees some more reviews like this and gets some new management.

I never really have a problem with this place until today! We ordered a $5 fill up chicken box, the new Nashville chicken with Mac&cheese and a burrito. When we got home we started to eat. First of my chicken tasted like someone touched it after they smoked their cigarette , they gave us Cole slaw instead of Mac And cheese , then we got extra food that we didnt order. This is the last time will order food from here... Just for the simple fact that the chicken tasted like ciggs. I only give it a 1 star because the mashed potatoes was the only good thing out of everything we ordered. So please people dont waste your money here.

kFC/Taco Bell- My husband and I waited over 30 minutes to order and get our food. After finally ordering we drove up to the Drive through window the person at window did not even acknowledge us. We drove off and went across the street to the McDonalds, that had some very hot fries. I would give this restaurant ZERO stars, but this site does not allow that option.

My family of 8 adults stopped in to have our lunch on our way down to DC. Tonia was not even super sweet but courtesy. She was patient w our picky food order and also ensured our order was accurate. We got our food as expected and enjoyed our meal bc Tonia made sure we were Happy. Thank you!

Really not a bad place to eat. Restaurant was relatively clean compared to some I have eaten at. Service was a little slow but it was 3.45pm so maybe not all the staff were working. I had original recipe chicken. The breading was a little darker than I am used to, but it tasted just fine.

Idiots, full of idiots. Dirty place, slow employees, only one fixing the orders which happens to be the guy taking them. No one there seems to care. Dont ever go if youre in a rush. Worst kfc I ever been to hands down

Not good. Bathrooms stunk bad, womans had poop smeared all over the seats. Food was mediocre, taco bell was good but KFC biscuits were all hard as a rock, ended up getting an extra side as a substitute.
