BEWARE not a family restaurant I tried taking my family to Red Robin on a saturday night at 5:30pm. When we arrived at the restaurant we told 15 to 20 minute, at 6:30 we were stilll not seated. When we asked how long again to be seated we were told 3 times you are next, but they still kept calling more people before us. When I spoke to a manager and explained my situation he told me that we were a large party and we need a high chair so it is hard to seat because all the tables around the edge of the resturant are raised six inches, so they do not accommodate high chairs. So in my mind RED ROBIN is not the family resturant it claims to be, and I do not know about you, but a party of 6 is not a large party to me. So if you have a party larger the 4 or children please do not take them to RED ROBIN as they can not accommodate children or a family with more then 4 people in it. Would love to comment on the food but never ate any of, but judging by the poor hospitality I`m sure that would have been junk too.

Awful. We were told we would wait about an hour to be seated and that was fine. It is Fathers day and we have two young children with us. After an hour and 20 minutes were seated and then we meet 50 minutes without even a mention from the manager a visit from the waitress or any offer of something on the house for the kids to eat. We ask one of the hosts to get the manager so we can speak to them and she was otherwise engaged. After she saw her food coming out she did not visit our table. He then had to flag her down and make our complaint. The host was very nice and tried to find the waitress and manager. They served a burger that has been under a warmer. After complaint they bright out a fresh one and a round a fries for everyone on the house. I told her all she would have had to have done is acknowledged that there was a delay and maybe offer one thing on the house. Now theyll probably have to do more than that to make up for the negligence. Being proactive would have been best.

Generally Always have good experiences at Red Robin, particularly this one. Its a great place to stop and get a bite before catching a movie across the way. Sometimes they tend to be crowded, but the times Ive been I have been seated quickly and my server was time-efficient. To the negative comments Ive read, Ive always had my burger prepared the way I asked (medium-rare) and the fries were fine by "fry" standards. I do not have children, but I always see families there when I go, albeit none of them have high-chair requirements. The only negative comment I would have is that the seating doesnt support large groups, at all. Groups of 4 or less it seems will be seated comfortably, but the layout doesnt seem like it can accommodate above that. They do also seem to get really busy around 6 which can create a long wait. (Once they quoted me with a 40 minute wait time, I chose to go somewhere else to eat that day).

taste good but pricey...one burger and substitute cup of soup and glass of water for $12 not counting tip. burger was tasty but not anything to write home to mom. i found the cheese by lifting the single thin small slice of tomato and looking close... i put my finger in the small puddle and tasting to verify it was cheese and not spot of sauce. the cup of soup was served in a small shallow dipping sauce dish... i am not sure but i dont think it was even 6oz ... not the cup promised. But, taste, it was good. Would I go back? I doubt it.

It was very good. The food was good and came quick, especially the appetizer. The waitress was great! I got the bottomless root beer float, which is awesome and recommend, and she was always asking if I needed another even before it hit the bottom. Now that is making sure it is bottomless. There was one issue, they have the kiosks now at the table. The messed up and the table next to us got the appetizer, but we fixed it. They were a nice couple with their granddaughter. Excellent atmosphere!

Asome food superdeliciousssssss we try all different kinds of burger already but we a favorite burger love the clam chawder I love the margarita we come here Avery week or every 2 weeks The weekend is the only hard for me and my husband to get in because its pack but aside from that amazing and the waitresses are usually recognize us when we come in awesome Anthony and Jacob and one more one more but I forgot the name she works at the bar keep up the good works REDROBIN

Its one of my favorite places to go for burgers and snacks. Its right next to a movie theater, which makes it a double plus, the bar is well stocked, theres something for almost anyone available off the menu, the staff is usually spot on and take care of any mistakes big time, kids menu is good and overall you could spend a lot more on far less in the immediate area. I love the Smoke and Pepper burger, and the wife likes the chicken burger.

The food was good, and the prices fair but the waiter we had was full of facial piercings. Things hanging out of his nose was particularly unappealing. I dont have a problem with facial piercing generally, but in an eating establishment there could be a dress code to remove them before serving. Kind of wish I had a green bean to hang out of my nose so he could get an idea of what customers see. Lost my appetite before eating.

Went here yesterday after the bills game with three other friends, the food was great. Except for when we all got home we all ended up in the ER sicker than a dog. We all had food poisoning and were in the ER for more than 4hrs. My friend called Red Robin to tell them and the guy she talked to came off as very rude and like he didnt believe us. I will never eat at Red Robin again, especially the one in orchard park.

Known for their burgers is why I came here. Been here a half a dozen times. I love burgers and on a scale 1 to 10, 10 being the best. I would rate the burger here about a 7.5 . I also love large onion rings and these are 9.5! They miss out on a 5 star rating because I felt the table service was lacking. I could see my order ready for 5 minutes before it was bought out to me on one visit. Slow on other visits.

Had an excellent experience here the other night. Very little wait (should take call ahead though), food was great & quick. The only negative was the insanely cold air temp in there. Literally freezing. It is a chain & as such the reviews will be all over the place. I probably had a negative experience here too at some point, but Ive forgotten it if it did exist.

Came in on a Tuesday night at 7, it wasnt very busy but we didnt receive our food until 7:45. The waitress didnt write down our order, we ended up with tomatoes (yuck) on our burgers, no condiments and the wrong kids order. Waitress never came back except to bring the check. The fries were the saving grace and the reason for 2 stars.
