Worst Burger King I have ever been to!!!!!!!!!! Food was disgusting....what food they did have because they were out of everything including soda! They burned the chicken and was serving it to people that way. The burgers were ice cold. They tried over charging us for a double hamburger by $2 and charged us $2.50 for a large drink and gave it to us in a small cup trying to convince us it was a large. When we complained the worker behind the register got extremely hateful and rude with us. The line was so backed up because they kept messing up everyones orders causing people to wait 15 or more minutes to be waited on. We eventually got our money and walked out right along with many many others. Will never ever go back. After 13 hours on the road we are more than pissed! People who live in the area even said they rarely stop in because the service is bad and rude and they are always out of food and soda. How sad Burger King corp. this close to a popular vacation spot and you cant keep your chains stocked with food and soda and workers that are competent.

Stopped on way to Myrtle Beach.. knew when we saw no cars in parking lot it was not going to be good. We should have listened to our instinct. As soon as we walked in the place looked rundown... I even asked the girl behind the counter why there werent any cars in the parking lot... she laughed... now I know why she laughed, the joke was on us. Our feet were sticking to the door mat and the floor all the way to the counter and back out. ..there were NO SANDWICHES in the warmer.. bare...NOTHING... no one was in the store ...one girl behind the counter ... one register . They dont need two because they have no patrons. Staff not friendly at all. The fries and onion ring were not hot. Went to the bathroom and they looked like they have not been cleaned in quite awhile. The small garbage can in the ladies bathroom stall had chipped plastic all the way around like a squirrel was in there making mayhem. The floors in the whole place need to be mopped! The state dept needs to come in and shut this place down. DIRTY...

Worst customer service, Michelle could care less to even listen to your order to get it right. The place looked like it should be closed down & I should have known by her attitude that she wouldnt get the order right at all & then youre charging 25¢ for a sauce. This place should be closed immediately horrible food looked old as hell we didnt even try it we threw it all away. Disgusting. Negative 10 stars.

Absolutely Horrible. The only reason I came here is because my son was hungry. When it came time to order my food, the woman had no clue what she was saying and then she turn her headset off for a "supposedly conversation". I had to literally scream at the intercom just to get someone back on and finish taking my order in which they messed up. I know I will never go back there again

Just horrible. Went through the drive through and the man taking our order rushed us to decide and kept cutting me off asking if I was done. when ordering I asked for onions and he snidely remarked that it already came with onions and had an attitude. He acted as if I was inconvinceing him and wasting his time. When we revived our food it was thrown in the bag. Very upset

Best place in conway, and the people who complain shut your fat (donkey) up. You know what Im trying to say and wait, or go somewhere else. Like people already dont have problems then they got to deal with fat people like you who want there food in a timely manner, but clearly some days be lack of staff. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to talk to us. They had one person taking orders up front and drive thru. The person ended telling the person BEHIND us that she would get his shake as soon as possible. Never said anything to us. We will NEVER go there again.

Horrible place my husband ordered inside and told them it was to go we got a kids meal and never recieved the burger or juice box for the kids meal and the bacon on the a-1 burger was very under cooked if i could give no stars i would because one star is pushing it

Id eat my own vomit rather than go here. Watched an elderly man that was refused service when all he wanted was a hot tea. They claimed they would have to make 10 cups in order to give him 1. Poor excuse for a fast food restaraunt with awful staff.

Fairly new, fast, food was cooked fresh (a bit unusual in fast food places) and counter people nice. As a suggestion should have someone cleaning tables and Booth seats more frequently than is currently done.
