NEVER would I EVER step foot in this establishment again. My family and I decided to dine out this evening, and my mother in law suggested we go here. We received great customer service the moment we walked through the door. The employee who took our order was extremely courteous and helpful. We received our food in a timely manner. Both the employee who took our order and the manager came out to check on us. Food was delicious. After our meal, we decided to try their custard. It was okay, nothing to write home about. As we were sitting there enjoying our dessert, a gentleman approaches our table (which consisted of my mother, mother-in-law, grandmother-in-law, my 7 year old daughter, and myself) asking if we were enjoying our ice cream. We replied yes, and he then said " well you better have...". Okay... We were caught off guard not sure what exactly he meant by this. He then proceeds to ask for our ticket, proof that we PURCHASED the ice cream. Now mind you, the employees BRING it out to your table; so if there was an issue, why didnt he take it up with his staff. I show him my ticket, he says my mistake, and my mother-in-law then expresses how insulted hes now made us feel; accusing us of taking something that wasnt ours. He offers his version of an apology and proceeds to stand over our table. When asked why he felt the need to come over to us his reply was "well its my restaurant, and I can go where ever I want". Okay, well thats our cue to leave. We stand up to take our trays to the garbage, and the "owner", then decides to act like a decent human being and offers to take our trays. Really?! I have my hand on our trays, he stands extremely way too close to me, and grabs the trays out of my hand. We exit the restaurant and are getting everyone loaded in the vehicles when the "owner" exits the restaurant claiming we left a baby bottle behind. Really?! What 7 year old uses a bottle? We say it isnt ours and he wants to continue the disagreement that had occurred inside, outside. At this point my daughter is upset, grandma is confused, our night out is now ruined, and this "owner" wants to continue to berate us. Still stunned that an "owner" would act this way. FYI - Continue to run your business this way and youll soon be out of business.

I dont often write reviews, but I want to let everyone here in Surfside Beach know how great this place is. The funky name put us off for awhile--we didnt know what it means. Turns out its a short way of saying the restaurant wants to change the way we eat convenience style burgers. The restaurant is very eco friendly, which the owner, Larry, told us when he dropped by our table. Lots of good things going on there for the environment. The food was absolutely wonderful with many options for add-ons and quick service. Everything is definitely a big step above any regular fast food quality. Try the cry+fry to sample both the delicious fries and onion rings. The frozen custard was new to us, and we absolutely loved it. We went on a recent Groupon, but well be regulars even without that.

Walked in to an empty resturant. Wasnt sure if they were open. After a few minutes someone came out and took our order then went back to the kitchen to cook our order. The owner went into the kitchen and started screaming at his employee. He was blaming her for the lack of business. It was like a horror sceen from a movie. Ibwas literally waiting for him to pull out a knife or something. She keep telling him (Larry) to please let her get our order ready. It took nearly 20 minutes for her to get our order out because he wouldnt leave her alone. I would never ever go there again and he is apparently going to buy the N Myrtle location soon. I have no clue why anyone would work for this guy.

After reading reviews I thought we would try BurgerFi. It was decent but I do agree with others that it is overpriced. Growing up in the restaurant industry, I understand quality vs price balance. I would rather pay more for better quality and have a great experience. 2 burgers, 1 cry and fry and 1 soda was $26 after tax. 1 out of the 3 onion rings was a thin slice of onion. However the batter was very good. Burgers were ok. Nothing to complain about but not much to rave about either. I may have set expectations too high by reading all the 5 star reviews. Overall just kind of average.

My husband and I went here for our two year anniversary, and the restaurant was amazing. The place was gorgeous on the inside, the food was so good and the staff were all so nice. And to top it off, they had Supernatural playing on the tv, so that won over my husband and I. But I also want to talk about the own, Larry Higgins, he provided our lunch for the Habitat for Humanity build. To provide so much food out of the goodness of your heart, says a lot about someone. So I highly recommend this place, not only because of its quality of food, but its quality of staff and owner.

I love the burgers here. Everything is always fresh. Friendly staff. Fresh cut fries are awesome. They have a Coke freestyle machine with a huge variety of drink choices. There is an outdoor seating area, but its right off a big intersection, so there is a lot of road noise outside. Inside is a modern industrial feel, but comfortable. They have beer on tap, and frozen custard for dessert. Prices are a little high, like what you would expect to pay for a burger in a "sit down" restaurant. But the quality is well worth the price.

Every Thursday, I take our little man lunch at school. His teachers have caught on, so now we order for about 8 people. This is by far our favorite place!! Great food, great deals, all the technology options and rewards and the best burgers (including veggie burgers) weve ever had. This place rocks!! And the customer service is amazing. Dont even think twice, just get BurgerFied!

The quality really shines through. This is the only place where I feel good about eating a burger. Top quality beef. Very clean and energetic atmosphere. The staff was very polite and professional. They knew the menu inside and out and the food was cooked perfectly the first time. Highly recommended!!! It is a tad on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

I am addicted to this place! I havent had anything on the menu that I didnt like! The customer service is excellent!. Not only do they have great burgers and hot dogs, they have outstanding veggie burgers too. You have to try their onion rings, fries and custards. It is truly a top notch fast casual restaurant. To me, Burger Fi is way better than Five Guys.

The food is good, little overpriced but Ive been in there when several employees are sitting there waiting to clock in. As a customer the owner needs to do a better job scheduling or not make it so obvious hes cutting back employee hours. Employees are nice but after eating here for 2 years I see employees font seem to enjoy working here and I can see why
