I am gluten intolerant. I get reactions from just a crumb, so cross contamination is an issue. Also, there are barely ANY burger places that even offer gluten free buns, let alone buns that taste like real bread, so I was excited to eat here. I did eat here a few months ago with a reaction, but I thought it might have just been a fluke/cross contamination issue. When I got my burger, I found a deliberately placed FRIED ONION. Not only am I going to be feeling the effects for an entire week (or more), but another person complained about the same thing that day. Not dissing the restaurant, or the company, as they TRY to set good standards. Its the idiot chef at fault. So anyone who has celiac, or needs to be gluten free, DO NOT EAT HERE. Red Robin, please fire that chef. It is obvious he doesnt belong in the food industry.

Red Robin has a suberb menu; every kind of burger you could want (including chicken, salmon, turkey, and Gardenburgers) with a bit of a gourmet touch that puts it above Fuddruckers. Weve never had a bad dish there and you can replace their homemade, unlimited fries with soup, steamed veggie, and other sides. Full bar with special cocktails and they give you your check before asking about dessert so that you dont feel pressured (you can add it on later.) Also seems like a great place for kids birthday parties. Service is EXCELLENT; expect 3 or 4 different waitpeople and managers to ask what they can do to improve your meal. Since everyone gets sandwiches, weve had our orders mixed up once or twice but they always change it for free.

Me and my wife went there to grab lunch. I had a Tavern burger. Just came home now and writing this after a little incident with my food at the restaurant. Felt a loud crack on my tooth while chewing the burger. Turns out a small piece of white stone was inside the burger. I was initially worried that it might have been a piece of my tooth but it seemed to be a stone. My teeth still feel a little sensitive but hopefully it is just a shock from the moment. They did write an incident report. Also we were told that they did not make this burger ingredient in their kitchen but had them delivered. Pretty traumatic experience. I hope they do a thorough investigation.

Food is great, service was poor our last visit. The first time we went there, we were surprised to find Steak Fries arrive at our table shortly after being seated. We learned “bottomless fries" was one of Red Robins trademark features. Kudos. Another plus is their support of the local community. A buddy and I were excited about going again. This time, despite having several open tables and booths, we were inexplicable seated at the kids size booth across from the bar. While their burgers and shakes are great, their service has declined, and you practically have to beg to get any fries.

You cant give much credit to a restaurant that is focused on operational efficiency over personal service. Its not THIS restaurants fault but you can only get so excited for burger patties that are thrown on a conveyor belt. Add to that the personalized service of paying at the table and you are left with 3 brief visits from staff (bring a drink, bring some food, how is everything tasting (OH GOD I AM SICK OF THAT PHRASE). This is how the service industry will be killed. Why did I eat here? It was convenient and thats why it gets 3 stars instead of 2 or 1.

My server was interested in nothing but trying to make more money off of me. I waited almost a half hour for a salad... all because I was offered to add fries, which I declined. The food was mediocre at best. My server attempted to get me to add more sides, after I had already said no. This server definately had perseverance. Apparently the staff at this Red Robin location is only interested in money and not making the customers feel comfortable. HORRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

I have been here many times and most of the time it has been what you would expect. A decent burger at an affordable price. Last time I was here though my wife and I waited almost 45 minutes for a burger that turned out to be near raw and it should have been well done, then waited another 20 minutes or so for the "hows everything" stop. By that time we got the check and left. Never really given an apology or anything. Probably wont go back for a long time.

Large menu, maybe too large! We both had burgers that were excellent and the variety of fries (sweet potatoe and parmesan garlic and bottomless!) was amazing. The only issue I had was the floor of the whole restaurant was very greasy and slippery. Our seats were in the opposite corner of the restrooms and even taking different paths didnt help. Wouldnt stop me from going again but just something to keep in mind.

Who doesnt love a Red Robin? They have really good burgers and chicken sandwiches with a variety of different options. On top of their massive normal selection of sandwiches, there are often specialty ones they have for a limited time. The fish and chips are good as are the onion rings and shakes/malts. They have recently focused a lot on offering a variety of beer as well. Again, who doesnt love a Red Robin?

Went at around 4:30, had to wait about 30 minutes for my food to come, got the blue cheese burger when it came it was all soggy and greasy, the bottom part of the bun fell apart in my hands. Also asked the server to come and sing Happy birthday for my son and he said no problem but never came over. Pretty terrible experience theres much better resteraunts in the area, wont be back.

Today was my Birthday so my friends took me! I got a FREE Burger and Fries, my friend got the Pulled pork over chips and my other friend got the chicken soup! Food and service was excellent!!! KUDOS!!! And then to top off everything I got a free sundae and they sang " Happy Birthday to Me" ! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Kudos to all the staff at Red Robin on Maple Rd!

Unfortunately got there an hour before closing. Assume service was slow because it was time to start shutting down, but watched my waitress spend most of the time chit-chatting near the kitchen rather than refilling my drinks and fries. food wasnt that great either, didnt like all the extra stuff on my burger that killed the taste.

I had the mushroom swiss burger here. And it was awesome. The place was clean and our server, Jennifer, was super attentive. The space itself is very open feeling and the lighting is a little dark. Be prepared for 5 dollar drinks though. Great place but it feels like youre spending a little extra for the ambiance and name.

Went in for the Octoberfest Burger I saw on the commercial. They got a lot of great looking burgers and you can have as much french fries as you want. Refillable root beer float was great!! Got too full. My wife got a vegetarian burger with sweet potatoe fries and she loved it. Servers and mangers really friendly.
