The ONLY reason they are even getting one star is because my drinks were correct! Went to this location last night (10/28/2016) and placed an order for 3 of their 4 for $3 deals. Took a very long time to receive my order, and when I did receive it, it was Terrible! Sandwiches were cold, I didnt even get the sandwich I ordered! Funnel cakes were substituted for the pies without asking and those were cooked in grease that made them taste burnt. No receipt was given and the cashier made me repeat my order AGAIN at the window, just to still get my order wrong. They are in desperate need of older more qualified managers to run that location! I wont even go into too much detail of my last visit, when my family and I received food with hair in it. All employees were not wearing hair nets, some even wore scarfs! Do better Checkers for this location.

Thursday July 7, 2016 at 7:50pm I was disappointed because my food wasnt the way it should have been. I ordered 2chicken bite boxes and they was placed in a plastic container. The container had melted by the time I got home. I live in Darlington, SC. The container was filled with grease. If I felt like going back to Florence I would have. I didnt get my receipt. My drink was wrong. I never had an experience like this before from this Checkers.

I went there yesterday around 2 and If I could give zero stars I would! The lady over the intercom was rude and wasnt paying attention! U had to say hello at least 3 times. The food was not good at all. The fries Tasted like old burnt grease!! And The burger was cold! Never again!

7-7-16; Horrible. Waited 15 min to place order. "System went down." Ok, so what does that mean for the customer? "I cant take orders right now." Ok. So now I have to wait and go through 3 cars in front of me when I cant place an order? Good thing I have a 4x4....drove away

Went down to other checkers location on Palmetto St in Florence, poor attitudes so we left in middle of our order.. came here to Irby St and they are so fun, upbeat, and displayed excellent customer service!

Foods what youd expect, fair and filling. Love the fries. Price isnt awful but could be better. Every time I go up there though, they dont get the "no pickles no onions". All in all a decent place to go.
