The staff is amazing, but the food was mediocre. Went for breakfast and it kind of felt like they dont know how to do breakfast there. Or if they do they are trying to cut corners. We had to ask for butter for pancakes and waffles. The pancakes came on a square plate so the syrup runoff made a mess. Otherwise its a nice atmosphere. Its hard to give a place like this an ok review thats based only on breakfast. Im sure they are great as a bar that just happens to serve breakfast as a side thing.

shittiest service, waited 20 mins for our first waitress to not come out with any drinks and a new waitress come out. took way too long for any drink to come out. never informed us about happy hour changes and automatically charged for the larger drink when it wasnt asked for. management was extremely rude and unprofessional. only good thing was out friendly second waitress. never going back and making sure friends dont give business either.

Been going with a large group every thur. Place is trending down. Filet mignon sandwich now sliced instead of whole piece . Charged extra 75 for salad dressing that shouldve been on in the first place. Then the killer for me was .75 for mayonnaise on a BLT. Last I knew that was a condiment! Will advise on Patchogue locations....But great beer selection ...that changes often. Chrystal had been our server and is the best theyve ever had

Do not compare this place to there place in patchogue. The village idiot in patchogue is superb. This new one in Oakdale not so much. The waitress was absent n uninvolved. My burger that I ordered well done was burnt. It took 15 min to get our drinks. The pretzel bun was flat n lifeless. All in all the good n service was poor. Next time Ill jus go to the original village idiot on main st in patchogue.

I enjoy there food! There selection of taps always changing is a plus for me because I like to try different beers. So I like that they have many taps and that there tap system always produces a good cold beer just how it should be! Some times its a little loud in there but overall good place

Had service that took 20 minutes after each drink order and the manager was extremely rude when our original waitress incorrectly placed every single drink order. Use to go once a week and will never go again. Thank god for the second waitress who was actually good

Love the second location in Oakdale! Weve needed a cool go-to pub to watch games and hang for awhile. Wing night is awesome and I love the craft beer selection. Had a killer breakfast last month. Loaded bloody Mary = perfection

Love the staff here, the bartenders are friendly and fun to be around. Always a good crowd on the weekends. The food is awesome and hits the spot, typical bar food with a twist. The spinach dip bread bowl is fantastic.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch with my uncle and two nephews, 8 and 6. The staff was great, came over with crayons and kids menus for the boys. I plan to come back when friends for drinks soon.
