WOW what happened ....My wife and I always loved going here good food ,fair prices .....a couple of times food was rough but forgivable the service use to be so personable friendly and very attending (respectful as well)...so given the choice to pick where to go on Fathers Day .... my choice was Beijing Buffet ....and brought all my adult children with us (7 of us in all) payed over 100.00 (lotta money for us) and for a buffet. but didnt want to stand in line at the restaurants ( olive garden,Outback,Texas Roadhouse)..... it was the worst Fathers Day Ive ever had The food was ok ?..........The staff was rude and totally unfriendly so now weve (since the Grand opening ) gone from once a week ,to every other month or so to now i will never step foot in that place again ...and the whole reason why is the rudeness my family was treated to. I never expect anyone to kiss my ass when i go any where but words like Hi, your welcome ,thank you, have a nice day ....yeah they do sometimes mean something to some costumers for Christ sake if you wanna keep a business open ...learn to at least thank the people paying you.

We had a poor experience for our first, (& last), time there. Bottom line, the food was lousy and not worth the money. We wanted take out. We inspected the buffet out of curiosity and also because you can buy buffet items by the pound for takeout. The selection looked incomplete for a buffet. They informed us that not all food was charged at the same rate per lb, which made it confusing and felt cheap. The sushi was sad and they didnt have anything I was looking for, so we went straight to the takeout menu. When we got it home our kids hated it, as did we. The flavors were weak and off. The beef and broccoli was atrocious. No one would touch it past the first bite. It went straight into the garbage. To top it all off they screwed up our order and forgot an Item we asked for. When we called them back on the phone to let them know, they explained that they must have missed it, but didnt charge us for it. We couldnt verify this because they failed to provide us with a receipt. When it comes to good customer service and good quality food, these people just dont get it. I would NOT recommend this place.

Well after hearing good things about this place I decided to try it out...it would be my first and LAST time...After biting into a Won Ton in my soup I ended up pulling out a piece of metal almost an inch long!!! We showed it to the waiter who didnt seem fazed at all...whether he mentioned it to the rest of the staff...I will never know. Thinking maybe...just maybe the owner...who was there...would have been apologetic...would maybe offer a discounted meal...coupons for another time...we got nothing!!! We even had to mention the fact the one meal was for a senior citizen...I myself have worked in the food industry for the past 35 years...I know the importance of SQF (safe quality food)...and know the repercussions of FAILURE to do so...had I known there would be such a lack of accountability towards this matter I would have taken pictures...and taken this matter further...so for that...shame on me...I sent a private e-mail to the web site hoping to get some kind of response...that in itself would have been enough for me...but still NOTHING!! All I can do now is recommend people to go elsewhere...

Ok spend a lot of money here and always loved this place until today. I was up at the bar making my plate and some guy inna schnazzy shirt comes up to me Interupts me on my phone call with my distant sick mother and tells me that I cannot eat the clams because those r a dinner item.i would have.paid for them throw em on the bill, better yet dont serve mixed items in the buffet then complain when customers eat it. I thought it was very rude of him. I did not bother to leave a tip this time, in fact I put my coat on and we headed for the door. treat the customers who support your business like u value them or u will lose them for good... that will be my last time eating here period.

Very poor quality food. I have been here a few times, the last two were such a disappointment. This buffet has gone down. The food is old and cold, thats one way of describing it. Would not go back. They need to make some changes. And the crab legs? Who wants to dip them in a cold butter like substance? Such a shame, the owners are such nice people and had good quality food when on Niagara St in Tonawanda.

The food was good but there were no vegetarian choices. I do eat meat but I do like vegetarian dishes. My drink was charged as a soda instead of what I actually had, a glass of water with lemon. It was corrected when my friend spoke up. The restaurant was clean and staff very attentive to keeping tables cleared & drinks supplied.

Good service they remember there returning customers and around closing time they with make you pretty much anything you want to eat on the buffet line and bring it to your table. Not a lot of vegetarian options. But very clean and well maintained. You can even order beer and watch the game while you eat.

Food was nasty....the Peel and eat shrimp tasted like it had been around for a while...a long while...crab legs were served on ice....and the price was ridiculous....They charge more than the Garden in Williamsville .....with a third of the selection...I wont be returning

Really wish I would have read the reviews before blowing $30. Food was disgusting and old. The guy working the register was super rude and even went as far as to roll his eyes at us. If you are considering this place do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Never again!

As a student who live nearby here, this is the worst chinese restaurant i have visited ever, the service attitude is bad, expensive, and food quality is bad. i would rather drive 15 minutes more to go to another place. i would never return to this place anymore

The service is great, the restaurant is clean and full of beautiful art to view. The staff is nice and the food is delicious. Never had a problem. I eat here all the time. Its my favorite chinese buffet in all of WNY. Highly recommended eating here.

The best beef and mushroom around. This is my favorite Chinese style buffet in the area in my opinion. Very clean and everything is always hot and fresh. Definitely recommend even for younger children.

Really a lot to choose from for a buffet. Atmosphere was nice not over crowded and rushy. Really could just sit and relax with the family.
