The food is great and all but the servers are oblivious. We walked in to a line, no problem. The people before us are sat, great. But then were never asked whether were eating in or taking out and these absent minded servers help the next group to enter the restaurant. And then the next one. All the while, WERE STANDING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER. So I finally say, "can we order our food?" And she helps me as if I havent been standing there for 15 minutes. We take the food to go because at this point Im furious and sour and look and behold, SHE GOT THE ORDER WRONG. I asked for their special grilled cheese, the one with like 5 words in the name, and I got a regular grilled cheese. How do you mistake B-side blah blah grilled cheese with just grilled cheese? I wasnt speaking quietly, I was quite frustrated at that point. The other food we ordered was great but the whole experience has left me so sour I wont be going back there. There are more than enough great choices in new paltz with great service

First time impression was great, the experience of the interior and the good vibe of classic music made it feel homey like my hometown of new paltz, i got the B-side burger and was not disappointed, the home made sause was savory, a sunny side down egg i went to town on with my straight frys, will for sure be a returning customer, great job B-Side Grill!

The food is alright here, theres some dishes that are particularly regarded as good. However, this place is really known for its musical history aesthetic. Theres memorabilia on the walls from many great musical artist, theres classic hits playing on the radio, and many of the menu items are references to popular music.

Our favorite Place to eat and hang out in New Paltz. Food is great. Fills us up every time!! Burgers are the Best. Large variety of fries. Serves Breakfast ALL day!! Great Prices. Very laid back place. Owner is Awesome. Wait staff is always friendly. Save some room for a Milkshake. They are sooooo good!!

Cute college friendly place. I got to visit while visiting New Paltz for the day and the food was quite delicious- I see why the locals rave about it. Tons of college kids in there and it was pretty packed but we managed to get a seat soon before there was a line out the door!

Great atmosphere! Real nice.. Downtown NP at its best. It has delicious soups for a starter.. Got that Rock and Roll feel that I love!! And youll love it!! Food - killer!! Great service. Did I mention Great food? The menu is loaded its so hard to choose... Check it out!!

No matter what the change request was, they were able to roll with it! No English Muffin? No problem. No Hollandaise sauce? No problem! And, the food that was delivered was so good! Omelette (generous serving of jalapeno peppers), or the Benedicts ... So good!

Couldnt tell you about the food since we waited for 20 minutes and they couldnt even get a cup of coffee right. Place was barely half full and waitress was in full panic mode. No wonder main Street bistro was standing room only and this place was half dead

Food was great, staff was swamped but still were attentive enough to check on us while we ate. Burgers tasted pretty good for the money and fries were more than generously given per plate. Id definitely stop in here next time Im in New Paltz. Recommended!

Just went there with my family and I must say, the service was great! Everyone was courteous, food came out quickly and was DELICIOUS. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was fun! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Great thought out food, fantastic upbeat classic rock n roll motif. Food for everyone for any time of the day. Always busy on weekend nights and mornings. Ive experienced slow service during busy hours, but it happens. Fun place to be!
