Are they real UNO? We had a terrible experience here. Ordered for 1 deep dish pizza(well done) and fresh lemonade. When the lemonade arrived....it was lemon flavor water....and then after complaining they realized that this batch is from morning(we went at 9PM)......they then sweetly changed it...... The pizza was half cooked......we have to sent it back....and then again not cooked upto the mark..... Now the painful part.....the deep dish pizza was merely....a deep cheese pizza flooded with lots and lots of cheese.....tasting only cheese.....felt like i ordered for cooked cheese..... when complained......the manager(was very rude)....said that UNO makes same pizza everywhere.....i told her that we order the same item always is soo good in any UNO location we go.....and she then just walked away.....she probably didnt care our plates either where we took out pounds of cheese to satisfy our hunger.......and out of 6 pieces we could east only 3...... bad pizza, bad manager attitude towards what they are serving.. terrible!!!!!! We are not going back to this location. Disclaimer: This is our experience is what i am sharing here.....so that any one looking for reviews can consider it.

I visited this place a week ago and couldnt have been more disappointed. There were 3 adults and 1 child in our group and our lunch took well over 2 hours. Our 3 yr. old was hungry so we asked if his mac and cheese could come out ASAP. We waited about 40 minutes for our appetizer and when it arrived, it came with our salads. A few minutes later, our entrees were put on the table while we had just started to eat our appetizers! My flatbread pizza was dried out and barely warm. The mac and cheese finally arrived and it was the Kraft mac and cheese from a box. What restaurant cant make their own mac and cheese? It then took another 1/2 hour to get the check and pay for the meal. OUr server, Tanya, never apologized for the delay or for bringing out our entire order at the same time. I recommend you go to the TGI Friday which is located in the same shopping center.

Worst service ever. The appetizer took 32 minutes to come out after ordering- drinks took 17 minutes and dinner took 48 mins to come out. I am mortified that I even consumed anything at this place. The bathrooms are daplorable and the manager was not only rude but annoyed that we were at a restaurant for 2 hours and yet still hungry....I pity whoever goes to this restaurant after reading this. I am hungry and annoyed.

I received a coupon for Uno Pizzeria so I figured why not, we hadnt been there for a long time. Although the wait staff was very polite I felt as if they were in a rush. Too much caffeine? The booth we were seated in had a funky odor. Almost like urine. My silver ware was dirty and there was a hair in my iced tea. The food was just mediocre. Now I remember why we hadnt been there in a long time.

We waited 20 mins after they seated us , the waiter was busy yapping about her hair to other customers , instead of doing her JOB !!!!! Terrible Customer service !!!!!

Our Peter Pan cast party was there and there were about 70 people at the cast party and Unos staff handled it. Thats what I call a restaurant.
