Went here for lunch today. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiter suggested the lunch special, and I obliged. Needless to say, it was delicious. It was a sampler of different items: 2 fish--one grilled, one braised, 2 vegetable dishes, beef curry, and a soup with a huge plate of rice. And a small dessert. It was all very fresh, well spiced (Im glad he kept my glass of water full), and dare I say, GREAT prices? The only warning I will give is to watch for the bones in the fish and meat. But that was a small price to pay for the rest of the experience. I will be going to this place again, and often. :)

My absolute favorite South Indian (Kerala) restaurants in New Hyde Park! Great food, service and with the new renovation, the place looks great now! Everytime ive gone, the staff have always been friendly and attentive. Not to mention, the food is so authentic and delicious!! I tend to always get the Chicken Biriyani with Chicken Tikka Masala and it tastes amazing! The food is always made with the perfect amount of spice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves Indian Food!

Family owned and operated the Mom and Pop serve up super-authentic Indian cuisine at very reasonable prices. Very casual. No liquor- BYOB. which is fine for us!
