There is some funny business going on at this location. Both thee internet and the store signs indicate that this location closes at midnight that Wednesday. Yet, a quarter after 10PM, all the doors were locked and the staff was about halfway cleaned up. The night Manger said the signs were wrong and needed to be changed. I had the gut feeling everybody in there were buddies and were leaving home earlier than they should. Not cool for any potential hungry Customer(s) coming off the parkway/interstate, then having to turn back. Hopefully, I am incorrect about my assumption.

This is the worst place I have ever been in and no matter how many times I have complained it is still the same. The whole staff unprofessional the cashier seem like they dont want to take your order. They are mostly college kids so they look out for there friends first. You have to wait to get your food even when you are the only one there. You better check your bag before you leave it may not be your order. I will never go in there again. Its a shame waited so long for a burger king to come to New Rochelle and its the worst lost my business.

Before the service was very good now the girls who work there really do not have the best customer service besides from when they give free food and they take it to your table ?? That I remember .. never. I do not know but for me it already lost its charm of Mount Kisco restaurant.

Modernized is the good thing I can say about this restaurant. Theres supposed to be a second lane at the drive thou. I was forced to be in line while I was trying to leave because I ate inside.

Food is true to form for BK. Dont be fooled by signs on 684 telling you its an option off the highway. It takes 15 mins to get there be aware.
