Im a big Tims fan, but the food at location was subpar. My bagel was over-toasted and hard, and my boyfriends "panini" was two pieces of flimsy, soggy wonder bread stuck to the to-go bag with shards of beef falling out. Donuts and tea/coffee were fine obviously, but my goodness.

Breakfast sandwich was great after we had to correct the guy making them. He paid no attention to the meat choice on the ticket. The same guy has done this many times so we have stand there and watch him so we dont get down the road and have to return again!

I go almost every morning very early. The morning staff is amazing! They are always extremely friendly and pleasant. They know know my order even when it varies. Thats actually kind of embarrassing and ridiculous for me. Lol.

The staff is rude... I ordered a large coffee with 5 sugar 5 creamer and the girl said that wont fit in the cup... Now I go out of my way to go to Tim Hortons in hogansburg
