This place is great and sucks at the same time. From the moment you walk in, its insanely loud and youre left at the hostesses desk until you finally get noticed from across the room. We were seated in a section that was absolutely full. Way too crowded while the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. Then, the waitress was rushing us as soon as sat down. When we asked for a minute to look over the menu, she said yes and was very friendly but didnt return for almost an hour. My husband and I ordered some appetizers, which were SO GOOD. We ordered our entrees when the appetizers arrived. This took almost another hour to be ready but I accidentally left my silverware on the salad plate. When my waitress glanced my way from the next table, I asked for a fork in which she said she would get for me... Im waiting upon this fork while my chicken got incredibly soggy. She passed by to return to the same table about 4 times before asking if I still needed a fork. Meanwhile, my glass of water has been empty for over an hour and a half. IDK if all of the waitresses are as awful but we were in the restaurant for almost 3 hours total. I would recommend the truffle fries, stuffed mushrooms and the chicken cordon bleu.... If you have the patience to last long enough to try the food. The truffle fries were absolutely amazing! In fact they were godly. Also Groupon hooked it up. I guess the trade off was fair.

I have never had a worse experience in a restaurant before. A long wait for everything. When we got our appetizers truffle fries 2 soups and a Caesar salad to share. The salad looked like it had sat there for for a while before being served. Our fries were ok. The onion soup needed serious help starting with properly cutting the onions for the onion soup. They were huge and not cooked. Could have done without the scallions all over everything. The best part was the broccoli cheddar soup it was delicious. Out plates got cleared. Then it was at least another 10 to 15 min before our entrees arrived. My husbands ribs were ok. My filet got put down and it was are and still jiggling at me. It practically had horns still. I sent it back to be cooked to what it was supposed to be medium rare. It came back out from the kitchen in less than 5 minutes well done not wrapped in bacon with splatter from the microwave all over the plate. I know something doesnt go rare to well in that time frame even in a 500 degree oven. This was the first time ever I have sent something back and not even eaten a main course. And the manager never came over to see if there was anything they could do to rectify the issue. Very disappointing establishment.

Heard it was good from a local, plus the Groupon didnt hurt...Theres a reason the food is 55% off! Normally we dont leave food uneaten but several items were inedible! Off to a bad start with stale rolls & rock hard butter. Truffle fries were cooked in old grease & had a burnt aftertaste. The waitress claimed it was the truffle oil that made them taste like that and didnt offer a replacement or to remove the charge until pressed. Shrimp scampi & chicken marsala, & broccoli had NO flavor! Had to dump half the salt shaker on to make them barely tolerable - not exaggerating! The chef forgot all the seasoning! Thinking dessert may be the saving grace & having more gift card to burn we ordered dessert...Big mistake. Chocolate cake & pb torte was chalky & bitter! How do you screw up chocolate cake?? Plus they didnt include tax when redeeming the Groupon - even when the total was less than the promo amount! Who does that?? Only good thing was the military discount, which the waitress slyly commented we shouldnt have received after the bill was adjusted! Avoid like an Ebola outbreak!

0n 8-21-2016 @ 5 30 pm.. visiting burlington,vt and staying nearby - we stopped in for dinner. we were met with poor service ( we sat in the bar room area ). the 2 female wait staff saw us, and walked away- for @ 20 mins.. the bartender tried to help us, but was busy behind the bar. ordered prime rib , 10 mins later told the prime rib was sold out. i ordered the broiled scallops. we also had a seafood stew. when dinner came- i was given a prime rib. ( ?). it was quite salty, quite fatty, not very warm. the seafood stew was horrible. the server was told of the seafood stew, offered another dish- we refused, he did delete it from the bill. good c/s. overall - not a good experience. i would not return. the two females working the area returned @ 20 mins later to the bar/ pub area. good luck if you elect to try this place. august 2016. ids

Many people Ive talked to have said how good this restaurant was so I thought wed give it a try. The staff was very friendly. The food came out very quickly, but that was about it. When we first sat down there was numerous fruit flies flying around the table. That gave a great first impression! I found myself constantly swatting at flies trying to keep them away from the food! I ordered the NY Strip and it had absolutely no flavor and seemed like very low quality. There was NO seasoning on it. Seems like the steak was taken from the package and put right onto the grill. I spit probably 1/3 of it out back onto the plate because it was mostly connective tissue/tendon and crunched/was like rubber when you chewed it. The best part of dinner was the appetizers. I will definitely not come back.

Went there for breakfast, Sunday brunch. Got sat down and took the waiter abit to get at the table. Wife and I ordered coffee and we had to ask for the cream and spoons apparently they are not automatic. When the meal finally arrived my wife ordered an English muffin, that never came and she told the waiter, when he noticed it that she didnt want it. You take your chance that the food comes with the same person who you ordered it thru. The food on the Roto Breakfast bowl wasnt anything to write home about. Most of the meat and potatoes were over done and hard. Wife usually sets the tip and leaves it at that. This time she wrote right on the ticket what she thought of it....

This place is fun sometimes but its totally inconsistent. We usually order the same things depending on what time of day it is, and nothing has ever tasted the same. My boyfriend got really grossed out by our breakfast this morning, and it grossed me out to watch him try to eat it. I think they have 1 really good cook and 1 really bad cook, and it just depends on whos working whether your food will be edible or not. Overall, its an old person hot spot and its nice to get away from downtown sometimes, but they got to get their food more consistent so it doesnt feel like "taking a chance" every time you order.

My fiancé and I just finished our meals. He ordered the Chicken cordon bleu which he said its the best hes ever had and he is a huge fan of it! I ordered the fettuccine chicken Alfredo and it was very good. The most important part of our meal was the appetizers. My fiancé ordered the mussels and neither of us had ever tried them, but they were very tasty! I ordered potato skins and they were perfect! All and all the meal, atmosphere and the staff was great and even better than what we anticipated. We will be returning and referring this awesome restaurant to friends and family! Thanks for the great meals!
