Lets see...where should I start? Ordered delivery at 6:50pm and was told between 30 and 40 minutes. After an hour I called and was told they were short staffed. 10 minutes after that, they called me and asked what topping had I ordered on the pizza. Huh? Youre seriously asking me what my order was and hour and 20 minutes after I placed it? Ok. So guy comes an hour and 35 minutes after ordering. Ok, well this is my first time trying them since they changed hands, so if the food knocks my socks off, all would be forgiven. Alas, that was not to be. The half sausage pizza looked as if someone hacked at half a sausage link and threw it on as it was going out the door. The pizza overall was painfully average, as was the same with everything we ordered. Bottom line: There are way too many good Italian places to go to in this area to provide bland food and horrible service. I will be taking my business to Vincents, Gallery IV, Reginas, or Villa Maria in the future...they all run circles around this disappointment.

Valencia is a cant miss. Its an Italian specialty store so all the product is top shelf and as fresh as it could possibly be. Everything they have is delicious, well prepared and the portion sizes are huge (I have never left there without a to go box that I happily devoured the next day). Their BYO policy that lets me bring my own wine is the cherry on the sundae. With two wine stores within a block, even if you forget to bring you can usually correct you error nearby (dont expect too much from either store, however). With no frontage on Sunrise Highway this little gem goes largely unnoticed but should not be overlooked. Its a home run every time for us and whomever we bring there.

Where to begin?! Valencia has been a staple to Lynbrook for over 50 years. Now under new ownership, the hospitality has continued to excel expectations! After visiting Valencia multiple times for dinner, I recently decided to hold a surprise Retirement dinner here. From start to finish, Darin, his wife and the staff were PHENOMENAL! The food, service and atmosphere set the stage for an outstanding evening and flawless event. Whether a dinner for 2 or a party of 27, Valencia is the place to go!

Ordered dinner from here. Waited over an hour for delivery. Called at the 1 hour mark and was told. T the person answering the phone that they were "very busy" and she would "try" to get in contact with the delivery man. This place SUCKS in customer service and delivery service. Dont waste you time or money. When it was a true deli they cared about the customers. They got way to big and cocky for their location. Avoid at all costs

Stopped in the other day, as i was in the mood for a nice sandwich. Delicious! Sauce was incredible, Fresh melted mozzarella, the meatballs were to die for, on toasted garlic bread. I had i chance to speak with the owner, i believe his name is Jon, and they are about to do some major renovation. I would highly recommend for a legit italian meal. I cannot understand what these haters are talking about?

Used to love their heros and the past few times I have gone there the help is horrible, the food is hit or miss, and takes forever to pick up the phone to place an order. I bit into a fried ravioli that tasted like it could of been a week old. No more for me I rather go somewhere with more consistent fresh food.

Love the new renovations. I am a regular there and everything I have had there has been excellent especially their fresh mozzarella. Had a recent party catered from there and everyone raved about the food. Even the wings were excellent. Keep up the good work.

Valencia catered an outdoor party for 50 people and it was great. The food was fresh, tasted delicious and my guests were very happy. The bbq chef who cooked on site was a pleasure and an added plus to the day. I would happily recommend Valencia to all.

Great local Italian restaurant. Excellent pizza and traditional Italian dishes.The dough products are made from imported wheat from Italy.Very friendly staff and diners. The prices are about average for this type of restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I havent been in the restaurant, but my office orders from there all the time. I have YET to have a sandwich I didnt like. They have fast delivery, but they dont answer the phone for breakfast. Ive been calling them since 9am and its now 945.

My wifes sister-in-laws cousins husbands uncle said it was the best "shrimp parm" hero in town! For me, the decor was absolutely breath taking and I have since decorated my bedroom to resemble Valencia Deli!
