By hands down the worst place I ever been to. With a full staff, half of them were on their cell phones, while one was complaining about having to work and get orders out. The boss was just standing by a fryer trying to dry something off of her. Not to mention they had an order going out every five minutes or so. I ordered one burrito, and that was it, it took them 30mins to get to me. I was first in line, and traveling back to NY from Killington resort (I was soaked, tired, cold, and mostly just hungry). I did not want to wait that long, also the food was cold when I got it. Not too mention the girl at the counter looked to be about 18 and still couldnt read the name "Elijah" right at all. She called me Elizabeth at first thinking it be funny, then said something in gibberish. Hands down worst Taco Hell ever, I left with complete and utter disappointment.

25 minutes stuck in line cant go around anybody to leave. All because one idiot took 15 minutes to do a $28 order at the drive-through. Watched 5 cars back out of line behind us!!! Rutland Taco Bell needs to step up the staffing. Being 8:30p is no excuse, would hate to go there during lunch hour

Stopped at the drive thru late in the evening. Was told it was going to be a 10-15 minute wait. Had similar issues with evening shift before! I have no complaints about the morning crew.

There was a bit of a wait when I came through on this night but everything I ordered came out hot and fresh. The employee at the window was very positive despite the wait on the food.
