Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Drive thru was so slow people left. Paid $9 for a small Frappuccino afengatto and a rice Krispy treat. My drink WAS NOT afengatto (a shot of espresso drizzled on top) nor was I given a straw. I called and spoke to the manager, she was very nice and apologized. She instructed me to come in and she would refund my money for the coffee and my next one was on her. I went back and the nice manager was gone. The rude argumentative employee that messed up started to argue told me she didnt mess up and I choose to drive off with out my straw. I said I am not going to argue with you and walked out. I will NEVER...I tepeat....NEVER set foot in this starbucks again.

To Starbucks Co. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years and I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff as well as the clean and sanitary setting for customers. I am writing you because I was appalled at the state of your Starbucks location in Kingston NY. There was a leak in the roof that was dripping on the chairs and down the wall of the inside of the store that was left unattended and the tables on the inside of the store were filthy and looked as though they hadnt been cleaned in some time. I am disgusted with my experience at this location and I do hope these aforementioned issues can be addressed quickly for the health and safety of the public.

This is my go to Starbucks Coffee Shop. I love this place for these reasons. Service is fast & excellent. In the year I have used this store they have never even once made any mistakes with any purchases. They seem to put customers first & no matter how busy they are, handle the speed of everyones orders gracefully, politely, & with smiles on there faces. They also always take the time no matter how busy to answer your questions.

I travel a lot and some Starbucks are clearly better than others for a variety of reasons. At this one, they do actually clean the tables so my laptop doesnt get crud on it, ...and I like having a clean table to sit down at. Yes, Im freaky that way. The bathrooms are always spotless....nice!! and the music isnt blaring so I can actually have a phone or video conference here. And the staff is pleasant as well.

My friends and I spend our Wednesday mornings here. The staff are always friendly and professional. The place is well kept and I love their food and tea (I personally dont drink coffee.) The only downside is that the music is loud sometimes. Other than that its great place. I highly recommend their egg, bacon, and gouda sandwich. Its amazing.

Steve, Diana, Mary Ellen, Lorilee, Colleen, Adam... just to name a few of the friendly team at Kingstons Starbucks. They even recognize my voice when I speak into the drive thru microphone. Suppose that also speaks to how frequently I like to patronize the store. Grateful they are there.
