This place was almost ethereal. Namely because it was only two blocks from our Airbnb. What luck! Were Seattle-ites, tend to have a good barometer on quality coffee, how a proper shot should be pulled, always get our macchiatos dry yadda yadda. This place had the greatest service Ive ever seen at a coffee shop. Everything came on its own napkin, even the pen to sign receipts. Sustainability be dammed, I feel like cherubs were grinding the beans by hand! Of course the shots were perfect, the foam was never burned, but even their froufrou drinks were on another level. Im writing this because I want an Espressoda so bad. And Im normally a doppio person. WHAT IS IT?!!? Its not just Italian soda with a shot right?!?!?

Charming, sunny, little coffee shop with limited indoor and outdoor seating, good strong coffee, and a fair amount of pastry options (including vegan and gluten free). Cash only! They were incredibly nice when I thought I was a little short on cash one day and insisted "just get us next time." The staff seems cheerful and genuine every time I pop in.

This place is a little magical place in the middle of a neighborhood. Its probably good for locals but as tourists it was far off the road. Baked goods, staff and items for sale were wonderful, yet coffee was sour and sitting atmosphere is not very pleasant.

The owners are just absolutely lovely, they really are educated in what they do. By far Anchor is the best Parlor account Ive been to. When they serve Kenya on espresso ; be make sure to grab one ( its super tasty).

Pleasant, well-trained staff, funky music and vibe. Excellent locally made pastries and sandwiches. Locally roasted Parlor coffee is what they serve, and thats the finest bean around, for sure.

Small place, no bathroom, run by Japanese people. Friendly service and always seems busy though not crazy about the coffee

Just another hipster establishment aiding to the dismantling of a community by the association of gentrification.
