Well, the beverages and food is very good. I have one problem. I do not know his name but he has a mohawk hair style. He is my problem. I have recently watched a kid spill his drink. This man yelled at him and didnt give the kid a refill even though this employee didnt but the cap on. He mad the kid almost cry and did not give him a refill. Later that day he accused the kid of stealing his phone because he was the last person in there even though at least 50 people went into the store after the kid. Overall, do not go to Starbucks if this man is there and his boss, u should yell at this man and teach him time.

Consistently unable to follow directions for to-go orders through the app - its a small inconvenience, but I order cream in my coffee so I can run in and pick it up without adding it myself. Thats why I ask for it through the app, and yet every time its missed. Sandwiches are very sloppily assembled, which means I have to reassemble it myself before I can eat it (photo posted). Even when I make an order in-store, the staff is not friendly and unhelpful. Really disappointing Starbucks all around - the only saving grace is the location.

Typical Starbucks which is a clean comfy hangout for the teens of Ardsley at night and the moms during the day. Coffee is always brewed fresh and they have a good selection of sweets as well as sandwiches and salads. The parking lot is hard to maneuver when Route 9A is busy. The staff is likeable and works hard to serve you. No complaints here!

SO much better than the next closest location in Dobbs Ferry, this Starbucks is less crowded, which means a less stressed staff, which means theyre friendlier and more responsive.

Parking is pretty terrible at this location, and can be difficult to get out of the parking lot. The wait times can vary, and are usually are out of limited edition drinks.

Drinks are always good here. They even make your custom drinks correctly. The other location by NY sports club always messes up my order and they are usually watered down.

As far as Starbucks goes, the place is ok. The station where you add sugar and milk is always a mess. Insane that after midday, they stop brewing everything except Pikes.
