I visit on weekdays, its peaceful and the crew is always nice about letting a mistake drink go free of charge. Weekends are insanely busy and sometimes orders are goofed but the guys are usually nice about recoverying, extra food item or 1 size up. Cant redeem my rewards bit thats fine since they will honor a birthday. Overall a pretty cool place

"Closed before 9" there was a line standing there and the barista told me when I was about to get on the line that they were "closed" mean while there was a line of people standing there but for me it was closed. It was 10 minutes to 9. She was rude. Better off going to the Starbucks by the Hyatt.

Honestly they need to learn how to get their stuff together. 75% of the drinks contain whipped cream so how do they just run out? And they dont have the sandwiches shown for display? Its terrible. I love Starbucks and I was excited for the opening of one at Cross but this is garbage.

Closed 15minutes early meanwhile theyre were people being served also rude (inside of Macys) went to the other Starbucks took forever to make a frappe kept on chatting made me the wrong drink
