On September 24, 2016 I ordered $47.02 worth of food at 8:27 pm. I was given a 45-60 min expected delivery time. At 9:13p pm, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that the drivers car broke down and they were no longer able to deliver the food. Disappointed but understanding of the situation, I agreed to accept a refund. Ive called and spoken with the manager on three separate occasions. Each time the manager assured me that he would refund my money the following day. In fact, during the first call, the manager seemed to remember me very well and mumbled that the reason why the food was not delivered was because my house was too far. (Remember - this is not what I was told originally. I was told that the delivery drivers car broke down.) Each day I check my bank account (giving the manager the benefit of the doubt) and almost a month later, there has not been a refund issued. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau for their faulty business practices.

I used to come here all the time and loved their food. But recently I am not sure whats going on with this place. On August 23rd 2017, I was there for dinner. I asked for chicken lolipop they didnt have it, so I asked for chicken cutlet and they didnt have that either. So, I asked for soup. Of course, they dont have that either. I ended up ordering the main course only. Not only that, I asked for rasmalai and they didnt have it either. If you dont have something on the menu then take it off. Also they used to provide pre appetizers before! That has stopped as well. Not sure why I should go there again and spend my money when there are lots of other options available nearby. This is coming from a guy who is been going there since they opened and gave them 5 stars for their food and service!! I also referred many of my friends and family to come here in the past.

If you are not their ethnicity, the waiter we had was very obviously not happy to serve us.Obviously annoyed that I asked him to remove cleaning cloth, etc from shelf over my shoulder. Refused to give ice in tap water and Coke was room temp... refused to give ice. Said "try it as is first!" Gave other table full size plates before their food arrived, without them asking, after serving our food and we were half finished eating on small plates when I noticed. Then offered full size after I complained. Many other things I could list. The owner was apologetic, but too late. The food was decent but IF I got food there again it would be take out ONLY! Too many other choices walking distance away on Hillside though.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Vintage Curry was one of the best Indian food place I ever ate at. They just opened up the "Vintage Garden" outside and it is absolutely beautiful. We went during the night time and with all the flowers and lights made it feel like we were eating on another world. Not to mention, the food was fantastic, everything we ordered was better then expected. The waiter was super nice and helpful describing the items to us. I will definitely be coming back with my family very soon. Best curry in town, if you havent had Vintage Curry yet, then youre missing out on life!

At first I was second questioning myself if I should eat at this place, but after walking in and being welcomed by the workers and seeing the inside I decided to give this place a chance. Giving this place a chance was the best thing that could had happened to me that week. The FOOD was UNFORGETTABLY AMAZING with excellent service. The Chicken Tikka Purri something new I ordered for the first time and Im so glad i ordered it. The food was definitely worth the money. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to fine dine with your friends and family.

I love Vintage Curry Food. Their foods are delicious. Their popular foods are Lamp Chop, Salmon fish, Lolly Pop Chicken and Onion balls. But also they have Chinese foods which are really good. I Often go their with my family and everybody like their food. I refer people to go there and try their food. I am sure people will like the food. Also the people who work there very professional and they ;know what you are looking for. I met the owners of the restaurant, very good and respectful Guys they are. I love to go there. Thank you.

They have absolutely HORIBBLE service. We came in an hour ago and when the food finally came, they had a shortage of soup. The staff is weird and stares at people. Their outfits are horrendous as well. I DO NOT recommend going there. I would give them 0 stars if I could and I also had a stomach ache but they decided that they wanted to RUN OUT OF SOUP. These fudgers be Givin other people food across from us and we kept looking on hunger. Bottom line, the service is bad. Dont go there and waset your money and time.

Seriously delicious flavorful food. Vintage chicken fried rice was amazing as was just about everything we had. Chicken Vindaloo, chicken chat, chicken puri, dumkath, (the pot pie of India), tikka masala. We will certainly be back soon. The groupon made this an incredible value but would gladly come back to sample everything else at cost. This neighborhood needs more quality establishments like this instead of the ridiculous amount of fried chicken joints!

Had the greatest experience here. My boyfriend and I were outside of the restaurant contemplating coming in, and one of the people who worked in the restaurant came outside and welcomed us! The staff is so incredibly warm and caring about their customers and the food is great!!! Our waiter was amazing. I live almost an hour and a half away but I will definitely come back just for Vintage Curry!

Mid sized local neighbourhood restaurant. you can take away or order delivery. The food is original and the personnel very polite. We live close so we have pretty much tried everything. My recommendation is definitely the rice dishes (top notch), the Biriyani and all tandooris. Portions are good sized and prices are competitive. Bring your own bottle.

Tried Vintage Curry after Google searching "Indian food online order" (Im lazy sometimes) Place an order online, paid for it, it was ready within 20min, WoW. Last time I tried that in Chicago, it took them an hr, (different restaurant of course) Food was delicious, tried chicken tikka puri, chicken tikka masala, mixed grill.

An absolute delight! Food is incredibly tasty, staff is very friendly and menu is conducive to most budgets. The Vindaloo Chicken is fantastic. Also try Chicken Tikka Puri . Upstair seating is a great find for this kind of neighborhood , Atmosphere is very nice and cozy , — definitely a great place to have lunch or Dinner.
