NEVER AGAIN AND EATING HERE MAY KILL YOU!!! Ordered my order on GrubHub at 9p. 1 minutes after the order, they called to say what I ordered (the chicken curry) was unavailable and they were bringing me Chicken Marsala instead. What?! I had never had that before and was skeptical, but Im like ok whatever. STRIKE ONE! Delivery was told to take 40-45 minutes for delivery. Know what time my food came?? 11:05 pm! 2 hours after delivery! In between this time, I called the restaurant twice to inquire about the status of the delivery. On the 2nd call, the guy says "heres the drivers number. Call him". Seriously??!! HOW IS THAT MY JOB?! STRIKE 2 & 3!! Ok, I call the driver. I hear 2 different guys speaking into the phone giving me two different delivery times. One guy is saying less than 10 minutes, another one is saying 10-15. I say "Which one is it?! 10 or 10 to 15?" They reply "Ok, 10-15". STRIKE 4! 30 minutes and another phone call to the driver later, and SURPRISE! My food is here. No tip to the driver of course because now Im pissed. STRIKE 5 and the cherry on top......halfway through the meal I find a piece of a metal serving tong in my food.....DID YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY???!! YES! There was a metal piece of tong in my food and the pictures are posted as proof. I use to love this place and have eaten here many times before....but I WOULD NEVER EAT OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN AND I PLAN TO TAKE THESE PICTURES TO THE DEPT. OF HEALTH AND HAVE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN!

I ordered a large tray of chiken tikka masala from them for a party that started at 6. They said they will deliver it by 4:30. It was 6pm and my food still hadnt arrived. I called the restaurant and they said the driver had some other deliveries to do first. So guests were at the party eating puri with no curry. The driver then called me and said he was in my backyard and come outside to pay him. A party was going on and I was outside but the driver was not in my backyard. I asked him to repeat the address and tell him he is at the wrong address and he told me no hes correct. I even texted him my address and he refused to believe he was at the wrong place. I finally walked him through how to get to my house and he showed up angry at me and asked why I gave him the wrong address. Mind you the address he had and the address I texted him were all the same. Overall I wont be using them again. The food is good but the service and delivery sucks. I cant have guests hungry at a party bc they choose to deliver whenever they want and I do not deserve to be yelled at for a drivers mistake in not reading the directions and street signs properly.

This is the best place if you re looking for exquisite food in new york. The menu has a very affordable price for poor or rich on all of the items listed. The waiters are very polite including the owner. You enter into a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Be sure to try the lamb chops, whole fish, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, and much much much more. Every visit is a new dish and the taste never gets to your mouth and makes you go back every day. Best place for families and couples. DO TRY sorry DEFINITELY TRY :)

I love the food here, the location, parking and decor is not the most impressive, but the food makes it the top north indian food spot in the area! I drive about 45 minutes west and would pass up any of the restaurants on Queens Blvd. to eat here! We found it by accident a few months ago and are regulars now. Its family run and the owners, although tired because the hours are so long, are very pleasant when they see you coming back again and again!

Great place to have lunch or dinner, my personal faves are the chicken tikka, and chilli chicken. i usually order those two every time and add one other random thing. been coming here for years and I will continue, Ive met with the owner a few times. hes very down to earth and even delivered to my house in in climate weather himself. what keeps me coming is the consistent quality and its not that expensive

Worst... restaurant in area. Dont order from them. Ordered "Vegetarian" Food and was delivered "NON_VEG". Because of this people, me and my whole family ate CHICKEN instead of PANEER. NEVER ATE CHICKEN IN OUR WHOLE LIFE. I URGE CUSTOMERS TO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. ALSO, WHEN WE WENT TO HIS PLACE HE WAS LIKE- I SEND U RIGHT ORDER. THE BROUGHT CHICKEN ONE BACK. STILL IS IN DENIAL. This place was great- I ate in the store and they give you great food- the goat vindaloo and chicken tikka masala is my favorite. They offer food even when youre full but its nice. The place is calming and serene. The lighting is dim. The atmosphere is just great. I highly recommend you go to this store. In addition stay awesome possums

Not worth the price. We got seated next to the restroom! The food was mediocre, the deco was tacky and very untasteful. There are so many better Indian restaurants , do not waste your time here. I had a great time( friendsgiving was destined to be pleasant) against all odds.

I used to love this place. The food was amazing and made up for the sometimes expensive pricing. However, recently it seems like the food quality has really gone down hill, so much so that my friends and I are now looking for a new Indian restaurant to order and dine at.

Best Indian food in town. We have been going there for several years and we use them every time there is an occasion at our home. Their service and food quality is consistently delicious. Service has improved from the past. I would definitely recommend.

I call and order chicken biryani and two order of roshomalai .when my order come 45mins later I get shrimp biryani and one order of roshmalai and pay $20.50 for that .what if I was allergic to shrimp.i will never order there again.....

I liked the Chicken Tikka Massala but I didnt like that they cook it with brown meat chicken. I would try their vegetarian dishes, sea food and goat curry dishes bc they look good. Their desserts are really good.
