My family and I have been going to Rani Mahal for nearly a decade and we have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, polite and have never made a mistake on our orders whether carry out or dine in. The food has been consistently delicious and the service always great. Rani Mahal has a lovely decor, soft beautiful music and low lighting which all add up to a very relaxing atmosphere. This is an excellent place to go when you are craving great Indian food in a quiet environment. Save yourself some time and look no further, this is the place to go.

I was in Rani Mahal a couple of days back,it was an amazing experience,I havent had such a good Indian food for a long time,you can choose from their wide variety of dishes from the menu,one of the best dish is chicken tikka masala,they also have a lunch buffet in which they have wide selection of vegetarian dishes as well as non-vegetarian and the price is also very reasonable,the service was also very prompt and friendly,i would recommend this restaurant is one of the best restaurant around westchester.Im looking forward to go back to Rani Mahal.

I ordered the Rani Ki Avial and Malai Kofta, both spicy. The food was flavorless, not the least bit spicy, watery, greasy, and overall so bad that I couldnt eat it. I ordered over $40 of food to make the delivery minimum so I could make a few meals out of it, but it was so bad I had to throw it away. On top of that, they called to complain that (in contrast to what their website says) the minimum for delivery is $45, but said theyd deliver this once anyways. Overall very disappointing, definitely wont order from there again.

I have been there with a few friends a couple of times . The lunch buffet is amazing and at an unbelievable price.The ambience is great and the service is prompt and with a very friendly staff.The dinner is even more impressive with a wide variety of choices on the menu and we were even allowed to customize the food based on our taste as much as possible. I would recommend this restaurant over any other indian restaurant in NY and will continue to enjoy their food as frequently as possible.

I have always had positive experiences with this restaurant. One of my friends who had their take-out with me (you have to pick up) did not like the food. But I thought the food was good. And they are so nice to you at the restaurant. The waitstaff are extremely attentive and really try to make your experience enjoyable. My husband and I love Indian food and we were glad this restaurant opened near by. We will continue to go here.

Fan-freakin-tastic food. We let the experienced waiter choose our entrees and we were not disappointed. The food was plentiful and excellent, with perfect texture, taste, and aroma. It was not crowded and the prices were reasonable. The decor is fancy enough for a date night or birthday dinner. It appeared they may have a lunch buffet, and there was a small outdoor patio space for warm weather dining. Ill be back a lot.

I love that they call me Mr. Ed every time I order and they dont get the joke. The food has been good here for years. The take out and delivery portions are bigger then the dine-in portions. Overall the food is great. As for most restaurants i stay away from fish and seafood options but had have the chicken and lamb and veggie dishes. The garlic naan is to die for. The lunch buffet is a great price with good options as well.

I have been to this place many a times, I never got disappointed with the price what they charge for a buffet. and the people are very caring as scuh if they fill the dish with fresh items they come and tell you to fill it up. The apetizers here are especially worth worth worth I Should say more than worth you pay for buffet. THis is my favouriote saturday brunch india place

My overall experience with this restaurant was the rather excellent. The food is exquisite, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. I recommend this to place to families, couples looking for sweet places to eat, just anyone who wants to eat from a diverse menu! Id say this is one of the nicest Indian restaurants in Westchester County. :)

From the Sunday buffet to the home delivery service, were all addicted to the Rani Mahal. The food is good, portions are very generous. The buffet is very convenient with children or teens who dont want to wait to be served. The chicken tikka Masala is a must for them. I personally love creating a full vegetarian plate, there is so much choice !

Love the food. Sometimes I eat here, or they deliver to my house. Not super spicy as Indian food can be, but I dont really mind. Oh and the main entrance is actually from the alley road behind. There is a back entrance from Mamaroneck Ave, that has steep steps down that take you past the kitchen.

Great please to eat. Nice very friendly service. Make sure you try the special dressings they have. Takes the whole experience to another level. And by the way the glab jamen and sweet rice pudding is absolutely a treat!!!

Very good food. Staff is very nice. The entrance is a little different. You enter on street level then go down a flight of stairs. The decor is Indian style. Best time to go is for the lunch buffet.
