Here on a busy Sunday night. Food was less than great. Service was pretty good, especially considering the crowd. Waiter was quick to own up to a mistake, and make good for it, unfortunately the kitchen crew was not up to the task! Food just lacked something in quality overall, with a couple things standing out. I ordered the "Salmon Tikka" from the menu... it had NONE of the flavors described, and one of the pieces of fish should not have been served. The Laccha Paratha we were served should never have left the kitchen. It was not cooked properly (under-done, and soggy) and was sloppily tossed in a basket.... Un-professional, and not appetizing at all. The setting is nice enough, but when its busy, it is a bit noisy, and feels crowded. We will not return.... Citrus, in New Windsor, remains our first choice for Indian food in the Hudson Valley!

This place started out as one of the best places in Westchester .....then I think they changed ownership and since it has gone down the hill at such an alarming rate its almost sad - to see a good business go down like this. The food quality is very bad now - actually went to the lunch buffet and the chicken was smelling , the service seems to be carried out by college kids with a nonchalant attitude , also tried dinner once , disaster from the get go....I wish they would spruce up a bit, good location but a complete let down!!!! Would not recommend it to anyone. Malabar Hill in Elmsford is a much better option .

In town on travel and wanted to Indian food for dinner. A quick search showed Bollywood Bistro as the highest rated Indian Restaurant in the area and they reviews are accurate. I arrived and they were very busy but quickly put me at the bar for dinner since I was alone. The owner personally waited on me and the service and the food were outstanding. This was the best Indian food that I have had since spending time in London years ago. Bollywood Bistro is highly recommended! A final note, the restaurant is inside of small shopping plaza and there is no visible sign on the street so just trust the address.

Food was decent, but the owner was rude. Apparently one cannot use a gift card, which is the equivalent of cash, along with a coupon. He talked down to us and was obviously annoyed when we asked to use a $25 gift card over a $7 coupon since both was not an option. I never have problems with service in restaurants and rarely cause issues by making special requests. Working in retail, I understand how annoying that can be. However, when the paying customer is making a justified argument, dont be rude.

Wonderful restaurant. The owner is the nicest man who takes exceptional pride in the food he serves. He is available to answer any questions, make suggestions or even customize a dish for you. The wait staff is not the best however this is a truly family run business serving outstanding quality delicious food. The cauliflower appetizer was out of this world and everything else was fabulous. I have eaten tons of Indian food in my life. This is definitely among the best!!!!

This was the second timed, I tried and the food was still very good. I highly recommend "Haryali Kebab" and Lamb Dum Biryani. Bollywood Tandoori Grill was also excellent and the quantity of kebab was sufficient for two people. The staff was very helpful and caring. The place wasnt very busy which helped us feel very comfortable. We were a party of 12 people and also of us had something good to say about the food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is one of the better indian restaurants I have been to. Great customer service and the buffet has a lot of options. Plus if youre a student theres a discount on the food! Highly recommend trying their Mango Lassi and the chicken tandoori! The owner is also pretty great and so sweet, he remembered me months after I had first gone. Recommend to anyone trying to figure out what to eat!

This is one of the worst indian resturants i have ever eaten in. The food was almost inedible. The masala dosa seemed to be made of shoe leather, i have had better made from a mix, the chutneys were thin and tasteless, the paratha was under done, raw inside and chewy, hardly suitable to be served. My guest reported the lamb korma was below average.

My fiance and I absolutely love the lunch buffet. We drive up from the Bronx for it! My favorite thing about the buffet is that the server brings naan and tandoori chicken to your table fresh from the kitchen. Best naan Ive ever had and the chicken is deliciously tender. Service is always top notch as well!

I loved the food here. I have been trying Indian food from many restaurants, but i found the taste of food from bollywood grill refreshing. chilly panner, bhek, all biryanis, sukha mutton and many more .. delicious taste. A must try place. And staff is very humble and polite.

Bollywood Bistro is the new Indian restaurant that had opened in the location previously occupied by Bhog Indian Restaurant. We have gone there once so far. The food was excellent. Its my new favorite Indian restaurant in the Pleasantville, NY area

One of the best Indian restaurants in Westchester. The Chef is the Owner here. He is friendly and he himself Served us food. We had Lamb Dum Biryani, and Classic Chicken curry. Food was really good and tasted so close, like we get in India.

The food is good, I particularly recommend the spinach chickpea dish and the spicy vegetable dish. You can order takeout here, which is nice if you dont want to eat out, but dont really want to cook either.

The staff is amazing, the food devine. The owner is hands on and came out of the kitchen to greet us. This is my new "go to" for Indian cuisine. Truly the best Ive had in Westchester county.

Good food, good variety in the buffet. Usually they close at 3 PM for lunch service, but we had called in and they kept in open for 30 more min, which was special.

Fantastic food, best Indian Ive had in a while. Plus the owner comes around to the tables to check everything is ok, I like that kind of honesty.

Great price for the weekday lunch buffet. Quality of the cooking isnt as good as the first Chef they had when they opened but still delicious.
