Ive eaten Chinese food in countless towns and cities all over the place, and this place for whatever reason makes some of the worst there is. Outside of some of the "premade and just fry" stuff its very hard to screw up (like eggrolls), dishes are incredibly bland, with a shortage of meat, chicken or seafood in all major dishes. For instance your order of black bean shrimp will come with three shrimp, a few scattered beans and a bland, runny, cabbage-heavy sauce that doesnt even remotely resemble the original recipe. Theres better places all over this area. Avoid this one.

They have new owners now. The old owners made bad food. Under new management, they actually make some of the best Chinese around Carmel. Some dishes are sub par, but for the most part, they exceeded my expectations for Chinese food around the area.

Best Chinese in the area, the food is consistently good, never greasy, and the owners are always friendly. For an additional charge you can request white meat only, brown rice, and they have a very tasty diet menu (their garlic sauce is excellent!)

Great food very fresh. Place looks like a hole in the wall but very clean inside. Everyone in there was very friendly and nice. One of the best Chinese food places in Carmel.
