A lot to love here and a LOT of room for improvement. To LOVE: --place to place great games --nice servers --reasonable prices PLEASE FIX (easy fixes!): --Everyone complains about the music being too loud; why wont management listen? Its just NOT fun when you cant talk to your friends--and even less fun to lose your hearing and get ringing in your ears. My friends and I leave immediately when the music goes up. --um....WHY OH WHY are the hours not posted on the website???? --EVEN WORSE: if you call, it rings and rings and eventually you get a message that says "the wireless customer is not available, please call back." That is WAY WAY unprofessional! --ping pong racquets--please buy new ones. crappy racquets make the place seem cheap and shoddy--and otherwise the place feels new and quite nice. I really think this place would attract people from far away--and it would be packed not just on weekend nights if management got its act together on these small but KEY issues. Having working in the restaurant biz for over two decades, I promise you (if you are listening): its worth it. (Ill be happy to update my review if changes are made--I really want this place to be great.)

Food was good, drinks were good. The lady who serves at the bar is such a sweetheart. That was the good thing about that spot. However, I did not like the service at the front desk where you pay for pool. They dont mention that they start charging as soon as you walk to the table. They also charge $5 an hour per person to play. Yesterday a few friends of mine and i went in for no more than 3 mins, and the guy at the front desk charged us $7. Those people love to take your money for bullshit service. If I were you, id rather go to UNO by Roosevelt Av on the 7 train. Theyre rules are more laid back and place is alot bigger.

Looked nice.. bartender was very rude off the jump had to calm her down let her know that we were here to spend money... weird how the prices changed for the drinks from the bar to the pool table.. manager tried to keep us longer by giving us two shots on the house... helped but we still left.. vibe was wrong. we still played the table and boxer game + drinks.. all in all came.with some.good.peeps.... prob wouldnt come again.tho

Food was not good and definitely overpriced. Beef burrito said ground beef, came with pieces of steak and tasted very plain. Chicken in the quesedilla was burnt and it was all I could taste. Waitress didnt know what salsa was, brought ketchup and said that was all she had. We gave up waiting for the check and asked the bartender. After he finished gnawing on his chicken wing he got it. 15% gratuity added automatically

This place is extremely over priced! They stole my credit card and put fraudulent charges on it! This place is low-class and attracts that type of people. Please do yourself a favor and find some place else to go. By the way-only guys come here, in face the only girl in the whole place was an over weight waitress. The beer was $7 eacha dn shots were $9. Are you serious? You are in Queens-dont forget that.

My friend and me played for 2 hours, had 4 beers, a platter that we returned because it so greasy and stale, instead we are a tuna sandwich for the both of us and we got charged $81.00 Not enough with that they included the gratuty for the horrible servise. We had to do the wave in order to get notice by the waitress. People were smoking marijuana in the bathroom. Not!!! going there again.

This place has a good vibe. Friendly employees and decent priced food and drinks. They have so much space for improvement. I am sure the owners will never read the reviews. They are making money so they simply dont care. I see the managers or the owners are always hanging in the counter, texting, watching games or chatting with the servers. Probably they dont have any better things to do.

There are maybe 25 pool tables. The only times they sell out are during main events. There are always tables available. They also have 2 ping pong tables. The waitress staff are very attentive. Drinks are brought fast. This location also has a bar and tables. Booths are also available along side many pool tables.

Cool local billiard spot. Lots of tables and they also have ping pong tables and air hockey. You get serviced at your pool table. Im not a fan of the food but that was years ago. Dont know what the food is like now. But I would skip the food and go somewhere else.

This place was pretty cool. A lot of pool tables, about 30. Service was pretty slow, but altogether decent. They have table tennis and air hockey. Prices were OK. Not too expensive. Definitely would come back with a date.

My favorite pool hall in NYC. While they serve alcohol and food, unlike most pool halls these days, it is not a disco. Instead, it is mellow and the pride they take in maintaining the tables is self evident.
