This is my favorite restaurant! If you want real Chinese food order off the Szechwan menu. The "Chinese" menu has all the standard fare for un-adventurous Americans, all the things you can get at any Chinese take out in America. And it is perfectly good American Chinese food but the Szechwan menu has the real stuff, like beef tripe, pork intestines, jelly fish, and frog. Ive tried them all. The hot chili warnings are not kidding. I have been working my way through the Szechwan menu. Some of my favorites are: Fish Filet w. Special Tofu In Hot Pot (the best tofu I have ever had), Crispy Chicken w. House Special Sauce (what sweet and sour chicken should be), Beijing Duck, and the Scallion Pancake Rolled w. Beef (four little beef sandwiches). The only items on the Szechwan menu that have not impressed me are a some of the soups. I recommend the Sliced Fish w. Sour Cabbage Soup if you can take the heat, and the Angelica Lamb Soup if you can take the bitter angelica root. Try the bubble tea, it comes with Popping Boba, tapioca pearls, or fruit jelly. And you can get it as an ice slush.

We ordered Zongs Dumplings as an appetizer, it was delicious. As main course food: Cumin Beef, Cumin Lamb, Mongolian Beef, Scallop & Shrimp in garlic sauce, Frog Curry, Whole fish in Sweet & Sour sauce... everything was very good. Whole fish in Sweet & Sour is a must try for Fish Lovers!!! Mongolian Beef was a bit spicy but yummy. Fast Service, our server was courteous but the owner of that restaurant acted wired. We need some to go boxes & she counted the head & gave the boxes & there was one extra,she just snatched that from us. Overall Spicy Asian is a great place to eat. You will definitely get quality food with good quantity.

Note the first two reviews were from non Asians. I ordered the Sizzling Beef Short Ribs. They were far far far away from what was pictured in their menu. Beyond that, at the current price point of $13.99 I realize there is only about $5.00 worth of beef actually included within this dish. The rest of this menu seems somewhat authentic and traditional however as my first experience. Lets just say I got.. Fd for a grading scale. Probably not going to make it back here considering there are so many other options in town. But eh. You live and learn. And thats why you read or publish reviews after going to a new place.

They make great spicy Asian dishes! Scallion pancake are my personal favourite! They also add the numbing sauce in few of their dishes! Absolutely delicious! Fried calamari, cumin lamb, chicken anything is awesome In the picture is cumin lamb, tofu on a sizzle platter (it was great) and a special spicy Asian chicken dish!

This place was awesome! Decorations are beautiful and the atmosphere was warm. Food presentation was also very nice. Wonton and Tom Yum soups were delicious and so was the sesame chicken. The spare ribs arent what you typically think but they were still good. Overall great place and I would come back again!

Sometimes the service is a wee bit on the pokey or forgetful side, but the food is always spot on. Some nights the whole restaurant is completely packed with Chinese students from the local university, and I cant think of a more authentic stamp of approval than that. Some Americanized options for the timid.

The quality of food is just average. Service is poor. I was very irritated when the waitress started clearing some of the plates on our table even before we finished eating. I dont think I will want to go there anymore and I will also not recommend anyone there.

Some dishes are exactly Sichuan, others are obviously adjusted to suit more western customers. I really like Zhongs dumpling which is a beef dumpling in spicy, garlic oil. Over all pretty good, but you may be disappointed if youre from Sichuan.

Love the Szechuan food choices here. The Zhongs dumpling were amazing and jammed full of flavor. Kung Po Shrimp was delicious and went perfectly with white rice. Maybe a little less on the peppers next time, but it was definitely delicious.

This is one of the rare places in the area to find authentic Chinese food, not Americanized Chinese food. The service is fast, the food tastes good (if you like real Szechuan style), and the staff are friendly too.

I love the jumbo spicy shrimp they make! The only complaint i have is that they serve other asian people with pride and it leaves the non asian folks sitting their waiting for ever, even if they came in first!
