The pizza is pretty good, we had an issue that deserves a 3. We ordered a pizza for delivery and it arrived in a timely manner. We decided to order another one, after we realized we didnt have enough. The order was placed at 630 for another delivery. We saw nothing by 745 so we called. Person on the phone said there was a pizza sitting there with just a number and no address. After a some discussion, the person said they would put a fresh one in the oven for us for delivery. No pizza by 915pm so we called again. Automated message said they we closed! They stop taking calls after 9pm! UPDATE: I called for a pizza today, and since they keep records with your phone number, there was a note for a free pizza due to the mistake. This make me, once again, a happy customer, thus re-rating them to a 5!

This place is a mixed bag, great food and seemingly good customer service... just dont bother calling in your order ahead of time. They actually never even posted my order up on the make table, had to ask me what my order consisted of, then made it seem like it was just "finishing up". While waiting, I saw several couples come in and place an order- wow theirs was ready prior to mine for some reason and I am the one who called to order prior to this. My single order took over 35 minutes from the time I called them originally (I was told 15 min). Not to mention, this is the third time I discovered they shorted me on wings only after arriving home. Thats bad business, not going back.

Well I ordered for the first time tonight an was surprised when I asked for bread stix an they said they didnt make them. Then I order hot wings an asked if it came with celery I was told no again. So I finish my order which included two large pizzas a calzone an mots sitx. I was given the total of 68.00 which was crazy I thought. So I wait an hour for my food tip the driver 5.00dollars he leaves. I open my pizza one of them is completely wrong the hot wings are mild. I call to inform them an they tell me theyll give me five dollars off my next order!!! There will not be another order!!!

Good, what I consider New York Style Pizza. Crust is like a good quality bread, nice tooth and texture. Red sauce has a good acidity and oregano spice flavor. Can sometimes be a little greasy and toppings can be sparser than I like. Recently I have started getting into their calzones. I like the combination of mozzarella and ricotta in the Steak Out. The ricotta cuts the potential overwhelming fattiness of the mozz and steak together. The atmosphere itself would be good, but I rarely feel exactly welcomed by the guys on the pizza side. Eating in on the Scalehouse side might be better?

I just paid $13 for a piece of crap sub. In order to get any "extra" toppings you have to pay an individual $.30! For things like TOMATOES, and ONIONS. The sub didnt come with mayonnaise or lettuce. This is what I paid for: hard, disgusting bread with a sparse amount of turkey slapped in the middle. THAT IS LITERALLY IT! Everyone complains that Shortstop is too expensive...you are out your mind! Shortstop prices are WAY better and the food is delicious. Save your money, dont eat at Northeast.

Formerly Rogans Corner, this restaurant has expanded into the next suite and now offers fresh microbrew beer. Beer is made on premise in the brew tanks behind the bar. Their "american pilsner" and wheat beer are very good. Bring (or purchase onsite) your growler so you can take some beer to go! Beer styles rotate so call ahead if you are looking for something in particular. You can often find the brewmaster serving as bartender. Good food, reasonable prices. Definitely worth a try.

Just like everyone else, I am given a 30 minute lunch break. .. I can not tell you how many times I have had to wait over 23 minutes to get a sandwich from here. So, in order for me to eat my lunch, it runs into my employers time. Do the managers an owners of Northeast Pizza allow their employees to return back from their breaks late?? I highly doubt said managers an ower really give a care. Because if they did, ... This wouldnt be happening on a regular basis.

Northeast Pizza (and now Beer?) is worth looking for in its slightly out-of-the-way location, or of course you could call them for delivery. The pizza is as good the offerings of the higher-priced pizza joints in Ithaca. I live close by, and never been disappointed by their ultra-fast delivery. Ive not yet had a chance to try their beer selection, but have been watching as theyve been getting ready, and anticipate a great, low-key place with good ambiance!

How can they be so inconsistent? I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and boneless wings. Instead all I got was a some small Styrofoam 8 piece with chicken nuggets and a box of cheese and ham soup. I should of took a picture but wasnt worth the 30 bucks I just spent let alone couldnt eat.... You would think that if a regular customer theyd at least try to get it right more than once....

Northeast pizza and the scale house brewery is one of the places that makes Ithaca great. The pizza, calzones, and wings are favorites of mine. If you love cheese, youll love this pizza. The brew pub is a true neighborhood pub and it seems there is some form of entertainment every night. Best NY style pizza in town!

Great beer and a nice atmosphere. The Monday special (pizza or wings + 2 pints) is a huge draw for our group. The only problem is that it can get a bit crowded on game days (there is fairly limited seating).

The pizza is OK. A bit greasy/salty. The real winner here is the Buffalo wings. They are awesome! Good service. Clean & neat. Kid friendly. Good microbrew as well.

Just went and bought 3 sheet pizzas for my daughters B-day. The pizza was good and I had a nice glass of beer while I waited. Good prices too. Will be going back.

Hands down the best pizza in the Ithaca area. My friends and I tried out over a dozen pizza joints in town, and we keep coming back to this one for more.

A great finding! Great laid-back atmosphere, great pizzas, and the craft beer is fantastic. Try the Spiedie wings, as well. You will not be disappointed.

Love NE Pizza & Scale House; good pizza, wings, subs, sandwiches and great service. One of our go-to restaurants with that neighborhood feel.

Northeast is IMO the best "go-to" pizza place. It isnt necessarily gourmet pizza but no other pizza place in Ithaca is as good.

The pizza wasnt the greatest, but the waitress was really nice and the other people that work there are too.
