the absolute WORST sservice on the face of the earth. I orderd pizza at 11am for noon delivery. at 12:15pm the group i ordered for called and said no pizza. i called Northeast and was told it was out for delivery. although they asked me again what the order was and said they would "try" to call the driver to see when it would show up. after keeping me on hold for 5 minutes they got back on and said they could not get in touch with the driver and asked me again what the order was. then put me on hold again to "get in touch with the driver" by the time they got back online it was almost 12:30 and they still couldn not get "in touch" with the driver. so they asked if they should remake the pies. i said yes. at 12:45 still nothing i called again and was told the driver had the wrong address (it was a building on campus)- there was no wrong address. then at 12:50 the driver calls to say the address was wrong, then changes to story to say that the time was wrong. somehow mixed the address with the time. so basically they took the order - didnt fill it - then lied about why it wasnt filled. NEVER AGAIN

Very disappointing!!!!!! Have had many good meals there in the past, last week ordered wings and pizza for take out, took a growler with me to get it filled, the lady behind the bar first pored the beer into a pitcher, then was going to pour the beer into my growler from the pitcher, and then I would pour it into a glass and it would be flat!!!! Then, I was told they did not have any single caps for my growler and wanted to use aluminum foil to cover the top of the growler..??????? really.....??????? They sell growlers all the time, who does not have caps for growlers?????? The caps they use are plastic with a foam top to seal it, you can not properly disinfect that top for re-use. Was pretty shocked, i will not be going back there, looks like Ithaca Beer Company gets my business!!!!! BTW, I live in Newfield and we travel past Ithaca Beer all the time to go to the Scalehouse/NE Pizza, but not anymore!!!!!!!!

Food was okay, service was terrible and I didnt care for their beer. Stood by the door for ten minutes waiting to be seated. Finally asked bar tender if we should seat ourselves. Waited ten minutes to be brought a menu. Finally got one myself. Apps came out with main course. No one checked in while we ate and we watched the waitress leave without saying anything. Had to ask bar tender for the check. Not going back.

Outstanding food/home brews and fantastic prices...wait staff (Danielle & Michelle along with Chris) very attentive. So sorry it took me so long to discover this hidden gem just a few miles from my house. Now??? In my rotation atleast once a week year round!!!

I think its the best pizza in the Ithaca area and its certainly my favorite pizza anywhere. When I moved to Ithaca from New Orleans, the Scale House was a major factor in my decision. Their wings are excellent too and they brew their own beer.

They didnt have what they advertised, they left toppings off, messed up the order twice, staff was very loud and rude, wings were soggy and tasteless, didnt seem to care about the customers too busy on their phones and messing around.

You seriously cant beat their wings/beer special. Great burgers. Amazing brews. Friendly crew on staff. Hometown vibes. Around the corner from the mall. Been a go-to of mine since Ive lived in Ithaca. Try it.

Wings were great. You should opt into their text service. They send out text coupons almost twice a week. This last one was for $10 off your bill. They have different bands play every week.
