Good cookies... when they come... I had placed an order for a promotional valentines day cookie to arrive valentines evening, the time my SO got home. Was hoping to surprise her. Over 2 hours later she was asleep and it never came, not even a call or a notification, I had to call the companys customer service line and get a refund. If youd like to get your order delivered in a timely fashion (or at all), try to go when they dont have a high volume of orders. There are obviously some logistics problems behind the scenes.

I really want to like this place - theyre cookies are great - but theyre delivery service is just unacceptable. My orders regularly take over 2 hours to get to my door and I have had an order in the past take three and a half hours! This is unbelievable considering that the store is less than 10 minutes away and the company advertises a 30-45 minute delivery time. I just cant justify spending the amount of money that I do on these cookies for the sub-par service.

I like a gooey soft warm cookie as much as the next guy. But thats completely different than a raw cookie. No way you could ever pick it up. Total mush. I could have ate it with a spoon. Should have been cooked 5 more mins.
