This is one of the best grocery stores in the area. I started shopping here after being disappointed with the other stores in the area. It just seems that they have all really gone downhill around here. But Kroger is always clean, they have some of the best deals on the stuff I usually buy, and they stay open late, which I like because Im a bit of a night owl. I only have some minor complaints. The parking lot is usually very chaotic, it could be better. I also noticed when sales are on, the shelves empty quickly, but the staff is slow to refill them. And my last complaint, they like to keep it awfully warm in this store. As a person with a heart condition, this effects me more then it would most people. I just wish on these hot summer days they would turn their thermostats down just a little bit more. Other stores I go to, simply arent as hot as this one on these hot summer days. I know that seems like nitpicking, but its been bad enough to make me choose other stores during our recent heatwave. So.... turn your thermostat down? Please? :/

I love Kroger. I was thrilled to see that Kroger existed out here (military family), the colors are different at this store, but it feels like the same Kroger (friendly cashiers and customer service always exceeds expectations). The only thing I would ever change about this store is the store itself! It needs to have a major update. A cashier told me it used to belong to a different grocery store. I guess Kroger needed a test run in the area to see how it was going to compete with the other chains. I would love to see a major renovation or a brand new Kroger! I always shop here, the commissary is always crowded when I need to shop, and I live closer to Kroger! Great produce ALL the time! Thats what Ive always loved about Kroger, as I eat A LOT of fruits and vegetables.

I love Kroger EXCEPT their meat department! For the past 8 weeks the meat department is almost empty. Ive been told the butchers have "health issues" so they cant get the meat out & the have a turn over in the butcher department,,, The manager told me to shop later and maybe there would be meat.... Also was told just because the weekly ad had meat advertised doesnt mean theyd have it. PATHETIC. Manager is rude and obnoxious. I have spent so much money there but going to shop elsewhere! Manager told me to wait for the new store and I can get all the meat I need! NASTY!

It was the first time Ive ever used the ClickList and I found it to be so simple that I will be using it often. Just make a list of items you need, pick your time to pick it up, and drive up and get it. If you allow them to substitute for items that are out of stock youll may end up with a bigger or better item. The woman who came to the car was very helpful and ran my credit card and loaded my car. I recommend the Krogers southern style potato salad which was on sale this past week. Easy to get to and easy to get your items. What could be better!

Found almost everything I was looking for. The prices were reasonable. But..at the register the cashier told my daughter she could go over to floral and get a free balloon for my grandson. My grandson at 18 months thinks balloons are the best so she went to get one. The floral associate asked her "why cant you just pay for one like everyone else?" The balloon was an associates idea not my daughters and I dont appreciate the way she was treated. Next time Ill go to Harris teeter pay a little more and get treated with respect.

I went there for the first time several months ago to buy some steaks. The clerk was clueless. Not rude just indifferent. For unknown reasons I went back this morning to buy scallops and oysters. Not only did they not have any they had no idea when theyd get any in. Again the clerk just seemed numb from the neck up. I went across the street to farm fresh where they had plenty of both.

Very nice grocery to shop, but a little pricey compared to other local options and parking is a bit disorganized. However if you are someone who would benefit from their ClickList method of grocery shopping, I think youll love it. Its my primary preference for grocery shopping overall.

Kroger has always been my favorite grocery store. I wish there were more around here but at least we have the one. I am also very pleased with the ClickList service. My produce and meats were top quality and everything was bagged with great care. Thanks Crystal and Jennifer!

Self voice instructions are annoyong. Very difficult to use paper bags in the self checkout. It is easy to get ahead of the system at which point it stops your progress until it is resync by the helper. Plus, krogers does not pay for the work of being a cashier and bagger.

the new location is good, the selections are decent. Prices are average. The fuel points balance it out. 2 things of note, the wine selection is over-priced (total wine, farm fresh, and Sams Club/Costco are much better) and they have a really lousy coffee selection.

Great selection, our go-to grocery. Downside, the smell from the fish counter. Upside, deli counter, ice cream section, meat is always fresh, and the gas station? Use your Kroger card and in no time you get 10-20 or 30 cents off each gallon of gas. Great store.

I go to the Kroger at least twice a week because they have great deals and always displaying fresh local food. The best thing about Kroger is that have an app and they send weekly coupons. Sometimes even put things you regularly buy on sale for you.

I love this stpre and all its extras. People are always polite, and store is clean. I love that for shopping there you get extra coupons that they even have on there app, and discounts on my gas. Food is fresh and everything is easy to find.

This new location is great for the area! they have a gas station, pharmacy and starbucks here. Store is super clean and well lit. First time going can be a bit confusing as the layout was different than what I was used to.

A couplebof stockers, though not rude, could certainly been more helpful. The cashier was pleasant. However, Ryan, the bagger was very pleasant and gregarious. He bagged and helped me to my car in the heat.

friendly and helpful folks work here. its my new fave place to shop. I never have to wait in line and the added benefit is the points you accrue on your Kroger card that gets you a discount on gas.

I love the local countys Kroger! The reason is because they are so reliable and the people are very warm hearted there, In addition to they have grade A everything! Super great store to shop at.
