The food was great, same with the service. Do not let them put you in the back corner on the left by the kitchen door! We mentioned the heat while being seated and was told it could be adjusted. I mentioned it 3 additional times during the meal. While walking to the door on the way out with my shirt stuck to me and sweat running down my face, I mentioned to the fellow who said he was the Manager that AC was not able to handle the area we were seated. I didnt ask for a free desert or say I wanted a discount, I just informed him of a situation that required his attention as I was walking to the door. You would think I kicked his dog. Ill go back for the food and service after a while, I doubt the same manager will be there, folks dont last long with that attitude. We were a party of 6 and had appetizers and drinks before the meal, point being we did spend a good buck and spent an hour in a small space at 85 +degrees.

We went here on the recommendation of a friend and few of my partners co-workers. over all the food was really good, i had the lasagna and he the Tuscan Sacchetti. For an app we had the Bruschetta and desert the cheese cake. I must say the cheese cake was wonderful. I would change a few things like the dipping oil, i pref a little more garlic, and less tomato on the Bruschetta, but it was still good. Service was friendly and really fast. Portion size was decent and so was the price. We left full but not overly stuffed, and we both are big eaters. Over all the restaurant was nice and had a higher class feel to it. The only complaint was i could see, and have heard from others, that when busy the walkways could get tight. In all i would say superb atmosphere , great freshly made food at Applebees prices. Defiantly a need to try.

Ciao is comfort Italian food at its best. The staff is INCREDIBLE - they are all friendly and prompt even when the place is mobbed (which it typically is during dinner, especially on weekends). There is a cool pizza bar where you can watch the pizza chefs hand-craft their wares and bake them in the wood-fired oven. Menu has a small but varied assortment of pasta and typical entrees as well as a couple sandwich/panini options and some excellent meal-apportioned salads. I absolutely love their minestrone soup and the arancini appetizer is wonderful. Prices are decent for budget-conscious; two can easily leave for under $45 less alcohol and their decadent bread pudding or other desserts.

The food was delicious, but we waited 40 minutes for a table after having called ahead to "speed up wait time," since they dont do reservations. The place was so crowded, that standing anywhere had me in someones way. And I understand that we went on a Saturday night, but it was a little ridiculous. Also, the staff (our waitress especially) seemed so unexcited to be there. I get it that it was busy, and she probably had a thousand other customers, but itd have been nice to feel welcomed. However, like I said the food was delicious! It came out fast and the bread and infused olive oil was so so good.

Mediocre to poor salad which really lacked in flavor & was kind of bitter. Was shocked when I asked for San Pellegrino water & the waitress kind of looked at me like I was from outer space. I wouldve appreciated an "a we dont, but we have this or I could get you this" instead of a spaced out half-smile & shaking her head no & leaving it at that. Kind of lacked in customer service. What Italian restaurant doesnt offer sparkling mineral water? While their gluten-free options were very good, this place didnt strike me as very authentic. More like another Macaroni Grill/Olive Garden analog.

They arent allowed to advertise that they do take out, but they do! The wood fired pizza is fanastic if you want to bring home some snazzier pizza. The pizzas are on the small side and a bit pricey, but its worth it if you want quality brick oven type pizza. A half of a pizza is a modest serving. A large person who is really hungry could eat more than a whole pizza easily. The bar, dining area, and table service is nice too (dim, casual, family friendly; a suit jacket would be over dressed, but sweat pants would be a bit under dressed), but we usually use them for takeout.

Atmosphere: Miami style with the pizza cooker well visible from the tables as a respectable pizza restaurant should be; Appetizers: very good arancini on an unnecessary marinara sauce bed; Pizza: great ingredients, good taste, unluckily the pasta of which the pizza is made is dry and a bit heavy. On the Margherita some more oil would taste better. The batter probably should yeast a bit more. Worst note: they do NOT serve caffè espresso, really a great missing for a restaurant that pretend to be italian. In conclusion, our judgement is positive: its a 6,5/10 for us.

This is the worse place Ive ever gone to eat. From the minute I called to place my order the girl was rude and basically was yelling at me cause she couldnt hear me. Next thing I know im on the phone with a different lady who heard me without a problem. I get my food and its not cooked all the way. Worse food and worse service Ive ever experienced. So they tried to offer me a re cooked meal. I told them just give me my money back. My money not only has not been refunded but they double charged me. Today they are not answering their phone. Worse restaurant ever.

Probably the worst pizza place i have ever been to. The food was all too oily and greasy, the service was bad and we waited for our meal for a very long time, and thy dont known how to make chicken wings. They werent spicy at all! After eating their fettuccine alfredo i felt very nauseous and so did my grandma who got that too. If you want a good place to eat, I suggest Sals Pizzeria, much, much better food and service. Yeah the facilities arent as fancy but the food is wayyyy beter than ciaos.

Ive only ever had the best service and quality food when I come here. The pizzas are terrific especially the Roma special and pear Gorgonzola. The chicken parmesan is enough for two people to share and the wine selection is nice. I like that they replenish the fresh baked bread and oil regularly. Dont even get me started on dessert..I could live at Ciao!

Good Italian food overall. Pizza and arancini are best bets. Pasta is good. Salads can be wilted and soggy. Great for groups because everyone can find a good option. Every other review is right on with the noise level. Not a good place for a private or sensitive conversation. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I come here often and always enjoy it.

Fantastic service and even better food! I started off with the Arancini which is perfectly cheesy and paired with a delicious pomodoro sauce. The waiter suggested the Shrimp Savona, and his recommendation was excellent! The crispy fried spinach on top was really the extra bit that pushed this meal over the top. 5/5 would recommend!

Good Italian food at a good price. Very good selection. Excellent service from friendly people. The personal pizzas, cooked in a wood burning oven, are excellent. The food is very good. I reserve a 5 star rating for food that is so excellent that I cant imagine finding its equal. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
