michelle, you are a bit of a hard to please type, huh? THEN GO TO WEST POINT! we here in highland falls cannot even get delivery from west point pizza.. only tonys. yeah, Digger usually takes a while but he is the ONLY delivery guy. with all the customs getting into west point nowadays, you can probably bank on that as to why your precious pizza was cold. and let me guess, you ordered it on a friday night, right? the pizza is pretty decent. a bit sweet actually, for me. but they have real good prices all around the menu. gyros for 4 bucks? and theyre delicious! ill take it!

It took us an hour and a half to get our pizza, we were asked by the woman who answered the phone where we were located which we clearly told her off base and she wrote on base. We then called because we received a cold burnt pizza. We called and asked if we could bring the pizza back and just get our money back we were told that it was our fault and theres nothing they did wrong. They then said they will being another pizza after the gentleman who worked there was extremely rude. Worst place we have gotten food from by far since we have been here.

My husband and I just moved to West Point. There isnt much going on right outside of the gate but we figured wed give West Point Pizza try anyway. Ive had better pizza from the FREEZER section of my local Walmart. My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza. It showed up with only cheese. He ordered chicken wings on the side. They showed up old and reheated. There goes $19 into the trashcan. Now Ive had bad food. Edible but bad. This wasnt even edible. Save your money and go across the street to McDonalds.

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen! They are pushy and ask for tips! The pizza took over an hour to get to my house and when it did get there it was cold! So I called and told them about it being cold and they argued with me of wethere the pizza was cold or not! I would advise you to go to the commisery and buy a disorno pizza! It would be cheaper and taste better. They are all together worse then 1 star!

I have ordered from West Point Pizza twice this past month. I place my order over the phone [the individuals that answer are always friendly and helpful] from California and request that it be delivered to Arvin Corner for my Cadet at West Point. Its a little bit of "home" when I can buy him dinner from so far away. He and his mates like the Meat Lovers special and the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Glad they are here!

The #2 pizza place in Highland Falls (out of 3). A step below Tonys Pizza, and a step above Brothers Pizza. They serve "greek style pizza" here, so keep that in mind.
