This is a club that HAPPENS to have Mexican food, and by Mexican food I mean a dish that is 2/3 rice and beans. The dim lighting, the obnoxiously loud music, and strong drinks are all a distraction to make you think you are having a good time. Everything is overpriced and the indifferent waiters are truly incompetent. The food is mediocre at best, when you get what you ordered. I have gone three times (the last out of sheer laziness) and twice I have NOT received what I ordered. Once, with a table of co-workers and friends, everyone was served but me. After everyone was served, the waiter asked me, "Now, what did you order?" By the time I received my dish, everyone was done. If you want to be surrounded by loud music and equally loud people, who think they are eating good Mexican food, be my guest.

There service is horrible, especially if they owe you a refund! My co-workers and I ordered from the New Milford restaurant using the online ordering. I charged the order to my card and did not get confirmation so I called the restaurant to confirm, they did not get the order so I reordered by phone using a different credit card. I checked my first order and it was charged to my first account, needless to say when I called back to get a refund on me purchase over a $100, the manager said she would call me back three different times. We even confirmed my phone number, she never called, now I am in the middle of a dispute trying to get my money back! Believe me the food is not worth double what I paid for it, let alone once. Go to Badlands in Ramsey it is the best, Titos in Ridgewood, or even Moes!

This place for me, takes the cake. Amazing Mexican food with a very upbeat and cheery ambiance. I have been to this place, probably, one to many times, and I have never had a negative experience. I have even The waiting staff is always professional, and personable. Ponchos is always jam pack full of patrons, and yet the food and drinks still come out in a reasonable amount of time. The food in my opinion is the best Mexican I personally have ever had. The drink menu is as large as the food menu, with many exotic and basic drinks. When visiting Ponchos, you wont be spending a fortune. It is very reasonably priced. The drinks can rack up your bill, but that holds true to almost any establishment. If you live in the area, this is a perfect place for friends, dates, or even the little ones.

This is my GO TO for Mexican! I really cant say enough good things. The atmosphere is fun with great music and a nice big bar with amazing drinks (SUPER BULLDOG! A massive margarita with two mini coronas on top. Amazinggg. Pricey but so worth it) You would never think their wings would be as good as they are but they are some of the best wings Ive ever had. For my main dish I usually go for the fish tacos (made with salmon and comes with a chipotle mayo! I wont order them anywhere else). To top it off the staff is very nice and HAPPY which you dont see all the time. Even if youre just looking to have a drink and watch a game, its perfect!

I used to love going here until the bouncer told me one time I went there that i can not go there if im wearing a "hat" a yankee snap back one. What in the hell? Since when? Funny thing is its a restaurant! not an effin fancy "night club" I go there to enjoy the food and drinks and the atmosphere. And its should be a family friendly restaurant. Also, one of their waitress, she was making a big deal giving us attitude on why we splitting the checks for such a big party. And guess what? Splitting the check into TWO! Complicated enough? Oh well. Its not the same anymore going here for the past 7-8years.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! This place disgusts me and not because of the food. This past Wednesday night a 2 family home went up in flames directly across the street from this restaurant. The family fled their home with the clothes on their backs and sought shelter in Panchos. They asked for food for their children, after eating payment was DEMANDED!!! HELLO how about some compassion here these people have nothing except for their clothes. Fortunately others in the restaurant stepped up and paid the bill!!

The review posted a few months ago in regards to the fire in February that displaced a family is completely fabricated, and in fact the complete opposite of what actually occurred. The staff of Panchos invited the family to the restaurant and offered them food and drink on the house after the fire. Disgressing, as a frequent customer of this location, the food is excellent, the drinks are amazing, the service is great, and Panchos provides a much-needed alternative to a town lacking in Mexican/Latin cuisine.

Unfortunately ,I experienced a waiter named John who claimed to also be a manager. This person created a Hostile Environment and managed to make me feel extremely uncomfortable. This Manager called me PAPI for some unknown reason. Iam a Combat Veteran and asked if their were any specials for Veterans he very rudely said NO. Thank God for Michael who came over and smoothed the situation over.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WAITER JOHN besides that the rest of the staff was very pleasant.

Do not order online, Panchos and their infinite wisdom do not put the food description on the online menu. So when you think youre ordering one thing, youre getting something completely different. When I called the Manager he said " You ordered it, its not my problem" So I went down there and made it his problem. I got my money back and will not be ordering from there anytime soon.

Great food, great drinks, and fantabulous environment! The music they play there is great too and always find myself Shazam-ing songs I hear. The food makes me feel like theres a party in my mouth, and the music makes me feel like Im at a party. I love everything about this place and recommend anyone who likes tacos/burritos and latino music to try it out!!!

I just found out about this place and was excited since i love mex-food and is close to home. But... Workers their are not friendly, its like they hate thier customers. It goes something like this. Here is your food, have a good day and dont come back. Attitude. I will never go back their again. I will go somewhere else.

Its alright. Not the best Mexican food Ive ever had, but it doesnt suck. One of my kids really likes their burritos, so we probably eat their food 4-6x/year as a result, and its always the same for me, with the chicken pretty dry and the mole just a spectre. If Im craving GOOD Mexican food, this would never be my choice.

Im not sure what we did to deserve Panchos out here in suburbia, but the food and margaritas here are fantastic. So much so, that I didnt mind the DJ that was blasting his set late one Friday night. I ordered a michelada which isnt on the menu, but they accommodated me without batting an eye.

This place is too noisy and little space between tables. Food is regular, not that good. This place is better for young people who want to have some drinks and watch sport in the 5 TVs. There is other option around the corner if you need something more quiet and MUCH better food.
