I am really perplexed at how this restaurant could get such a high rating. Maybe my experience was an outlier but it was really poor. Sure, the view is great. Can’t argue with that. I had plenty of time to admire it, waiting and waiting for my food to arrive. Let’s start from the top: - I was with a party of three and we were seated outdoors, as requested. - we were however given the wrong menus and given different menus after we had already selected our meals. - we then waited over an hour for one burger and two salads. The restaurant was far from full and I am pretty sure that tables seated after us were served before us. - when I asked after 45 min where our food was, I was answered that “this is a chef’s place, this is not like McDonald’s”. Wow. Not what I was implying. But again, 45 min for two Cobb salads and a burger seemed excessive. - needless to say our drinks were hot by then, our water depleted despite several assurances that it would be replenished. - after an hour our food finally came. One Cobb salad was fine, the other had mostly raw chicken in it. The burger was over cooked and the fries tasted like cardboard. We were so hungry that we made do. I pushed the raw chicken aside and ate the salad. - not one to complain usually, I had to say something. Thankfully, the restaurant manager comped the better part of our bill. He/she never made an appearance, however.

Friendly staff with great recommendations and locally sourced ingredients where possible. Reasonable prices and a beautiful view of the golf course and sunset. GRASS FED TWIN BURGERS FROM SUGAR HILL FARM with Swiss was a delicious option. Two small patties with of some of the best burger beef around.

Wow! Other reviewers are absolutely correct. Amazing view. We had two burgers that were outstanding. Really good quality meat. Excellent sweet potato fries. Our server Bailey was wonderful.

Found this place after a hike nearby. Food was delicious and the servers were very prompt and attentive. Loved their Angus burger and the twin burgers were a big hit in my group!

Ive dined here multiple times. High quality ingredients prepared by a chef that cares. Great place to go for lunch or dinner. Nice view of the golf course too!
