Trailside Treats Creamery is right where you need it to be. Located along the entrance and parking for Heritage Trail in Goshen, NY, this is conveniently found within walking distance of downtown Goshen village and the trailhead. Ice cream offerings are plentiful and the service is friendly at Trailside. There is comfortable seating available and additional shade provided by pop-up canopies and tents for patrons. There is good shade from the surrounding trees, as well. While there is good open space, this place does get crowded so dont be discouraged if the lines seem long... Dont worry: the staff moves quickly enough to get to you. Pups and dogs are also provided hospitality as there is a communal bowl with fresh water near the parking lot.

Ordered two different flavored ice creams in a cone, was only given one flavor. When it was brought to their attention that they forgot to give me the second flavor of ice cream, the server wanted to charge me for it when I asked for a scoop in a bowl. Even though it was her fault I didnt get it in the first place and I had technically already paid for it. They were not polite about fixing my order.

We were told about how great the ice cream was by a fellow bike rider when we were at the far end of the trail after having completed a bike ride. The next day was the last day of our vacation and the last we stopped by before they opened. They opened up for us. They were so friendly and the ice cream was so good that I have to give it five stars. This was easily the best ice cream I have ever had.

Trailside treats has the best ice cream. They have a variety of ice cream flavors and let you try any one. Theyre located on the heritage trail, which allows for an easy stop after a long walk/ bike ride. They accept cards and their ice cream is fairly priced! I Would definitely recommend trailside treats if youre looking for ice cream in goshen.

Great location, my son and I now have fun riding the trail then treat ourselves to ice cream. Friendly staff, everyone is always smiling and very polite! Very clean, they have a wonderful seating area on the side of the building. Delicious ice cream (our familys new favorite, Cookie Monster!) and great PRICES!!

This place just makes my lover for ice cream worse!! I visit at least twice a week and always enjoy the fast service and suggestions made for what ice cream to try! I have yet to find a flavor I do not like!! Trail Side Treats has been my #1 go to ice cream place.... Keep up the good work!!!

WOW! Was my daughters description of her ice cream. Possibly the best ice cream Ive had ( and Ive had a lot of ice cream in my many years!) It is right off the Heritage Bike Trail, and Trailside Treats made it worth the 8 mile bike trip! Plus, you get very generous portions for the price.
